Nice hotel with good price friendly staff and good location

Overall for the value not bad. Clean room a bit dated cant understand why no trash can in room?? Nice rooftop pool but i had to pick up trash on pool deck.
Front dest more friendly checking out but notso checking in ??? Lacking proper good greeting skills.

Das ist eben ein tübiges durchgangshotel mehr als 1oder 2 Nächte würde ich keinen raden. Ich war 2 nächte das Zimmer wude nicht saubergemacht die Handtücher nicht gewechselt da muste ich erst selbst in die Rezeption gehen um sie zu tauschen .das Frühstück kann mann auch vergessen.ich hatte ein Omelett bestellt aber das kanten die garnicht das in einem Omelett auch Tomaten Paprika Zwiebeln Speck und Käse gehören .Und der obstteller war auch ein lacher 3 kleine stück Melone ich dachte am nächsten tag gibt es was anderes nein es waren wieder nur drei kleine stück Melone.leider kann ich keine Fotos hochladen.

I have stayed at this property more than 10 times.
But never again. Swimming pool not clean.room is run down no shower curtain or trash can in room AC swing motion broken . Property just not taken care of . Sad to say .

Very nice hotel with rooftop pool. And hsve a restaurant and bar on property

Overall good hotel especially for the value. But could use a little TLC facilities could use some work. Especially the pool was not clean. Could be beautiful if maintained properly

When i travel to Ranong, i always stay here.
Eazy parking and great location next to walking street. Also i enjoy the rooftop pool.

Tolle Unterkunft, die ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde. Lage super und ein super netter Hotelmanager, der sich um alles gekümmert hat, was das Herz begehrt. Gibt auch jede Menge Tipps, was man alles machen kann.
Leider sprechen die anderen Damen an der Rezeption so gut wie kein Englisch, was als Nicht-Thailänder dann schon mal schwierig werden kann.
Dafür ist man aber in einer Regio Thailands, die noch recht unberührt ist. Ich fand es mega 😊

Stayed for 2 nights at the B. I arrived at 5AM in the morning and had booked the night before informing the staff I would be in late. They were very accommodating. I had a nice spacious room, decent breakfast, pool to myself. Ideal hotel when passing through for a day or two. Real good value for money.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Preis- leistung ist gut. Wir werden das hotel in Kürze wieder nutzen.

Usually I love this hotel, we stayed here a few years ago. This time we we're not able to get the room we requested and there were maintenance issues. It needs to be maintained better and staff needs training. They are willing but not taught. thanks

really enjoyed our stay..great decor and ambiance.. great area.. will stay again. If I had to critisize something it would be the shower, whci was either too hot or too cold. the rooftop pool was awesome.
