Great hotel, but can be loud if there is a band playing next door.
Pros:

The place is great. Great breakfast, great rooms, very clean, nice pool, and in a good location.

Cons:

The only problem that I had is that it is right next to a music venue, so if your room is on the street, you probably won't be getting any sleep.

Pros:

Nach dem Upgrade war das Zimmer sehr groß, es war sauber. Die Doveprodukte waren super, es war sauber und das Bett war bequem.
Das Capital ist zu Fuss schnell erreichbar.
WLAN hat bestens funktioniert.
Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und nett

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer roch chemisch als ich es bezogen habe. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Der Wasserregler in der Dusche war halb defekt und am Ende ging die Klospülung nicht. Ich hatte nach der Meldung der defekten Klospülung sofort ein Upgrade bekommen.
Die Klimaanlage war weiterhin sehr laut.
Am Nachmittag und Abend kam noch dazu, dass in einem Lokal daneben eine Openairveranstaltung war, die Musik war so laut, als wäre man am Konzert selbst dabei (mit Ohrenpax deutlich zu hören gewesen).
Der Checkin Schalter wurde mit Indigo Hotel zusammengelegt, langer weg von dort zu den Zimmer von Holiday Inn. Die unterschiedlichen Aufzüge sind verwirrend (die einen führen zur Garage, die anderen zur Rezeption und wieder andere zu den Zimmer).

A fantastic week’s stay in a perfectly located downtown hotel.
Pros:

We stayed for 8 days and were fortunate enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel, rooms and public areas were spotless and the staff were meticulous in cleaning. The pool area was very relaxing, clean and worthy of a visit.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Hotel had a few busy clubs/bars nearby that were noisy and did go on into the early hours but in the hotels defence they did warn us and offered us ear plugs!
