PESIMO POR TENER QUE PAGAR 49 USD POR ESTACIONAR EL CARRO POR DIA!

EL HOTEL ESTA BIEN UBICADO Y LA GENTE FUE CORDIAL

Cons:

LO QUE HACE QUE LA EXPERIENCIA HAYA SIDO MUY MALA ES EL PARKING. COBRAN 49 USD POR DIA, LO CUAL NO ES ACEPTABLE.

Good stay, parking fee not so good
Pros:

Staff and cleanliness was wonderful. Getting to the room was a maze at first. I received an email to check in at Hotel Indigo which is connected to Holiday Inn. That was different but it was ok.

Cons:

Not being informed about the parking fee upfront. The cost for overnight parking for 2 nights was almost $100. Also, got stuck in elevator (Holiday Inn side) for about 10 minutes or so. It was not the key, it was the elevator. Keep your phone on you.

Room was not clean
Pros:

Cons:

The bed looked like it was slept in. I checked in so late, and was extremely tired, I didn’t have time to go to the front desk. The room was also extremely dusty, and I’m allergic to dust. I woke up feeling sick.

I refused to stray there so I didn't like anything.

Cons:

It was nothing like the pictures. It had been taken over by Hotel Indigo. The parking garage was eeriely spooky. There was an additional $60.00 fee for parking.

Good location and moderate price, could use some refreshing
Pros:

Location. The room was correct, clean, enough space. Lobby area was active with places to sit and bar access. Reception staff were personable and efficient. Breakfast offerings were OK if nothing special.

Cons:

Merging of Holiday Inn and Hotel Indigo seems to be in process, so there’s some chaos in the public spaces. Lobby furniture is a little worn.

Decent clean hotel, but expensive parking fee
Pros:

They had a great breakfast and was walking distance to 6th St.

Cons:

The 52.00 for parking I was not expecting… they had sent me an email to do an add-on for treats in the room and that was not there when we got there, but was still on the bill so I had to ask for it to be taken off so watch your Bill closely

Great stay in a vibrant city, super close to the action.
