Clean room and good breakfast
Very loud music coming in via the vents from across the street, went on until 1-2 am. So didn’t get enough sleep!

I liked how clean it was, not just in the room but in the hallway, lobbies and elevators. Decent view and smelled nice. Clean bedsheets and towels.
The layout of the hotel is like a maze. There are two hotels but one lobby. And you have to take like three different elevators just to get up to where the rooms are. It said there was breakfast but when I went to the breakfast area there was only a vending machine and a coffee maker. And the QR code taped to the desk in the room said that they weren't doing food orders
I liked the room temperature.
the bed was not very comfortable. The hotel seemed to not have AC in some parts. The two hotels in one was confusing. Was not aware of $50 parking and $100 security hold.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good sound proofing of walls. Pool area is very nicely updated with many cabanas and chairs. Right across from Stubb's Ampitheater, so it's a perfect spot if you're in town for a concert there!
This Holiday Inn Express is combined in the same building with Hotel Indigo, though this wasn't clear during booking. This made it very confusing for check-in because it appears that at one time, there were separate elevators and lobbies for each hotel, but now there is only one shared lobby and check-in desk which is in Hotel Indigo. Navigating from the poorly-labeled below-ground parking lot difficult. Parking lot also had an excessive number of valet spots, so returning late at night there almost wasn't space for us to park in the garage at all.

The air-conditioning system was very loud and we even had it repaired by maintenance
downtown location close to nightlife, good price, clean
the place has seen better days, breakfast has limited options of moderate quality, noisy aircon but can be turned off.
