Cons:

The suite was missing the mattress inside the pullout couch and the cushions were ripped. Had to get a roll away bed. In the other room we Asked for two beds and only received one king bed. Had to get another roll away bed. Toilet was ifffy when flushing and hot water took forever to come on.

Twee hotels in één. Verwarrend.
Pros:

Locatie. Op wandelafstand van centrum.
De hulp van het personeel, voornamelijk Douglas, die ons heeft geholpen om onze zware koffers van het 4e verdiep naar de ondergrondse garage te brengen via de dienstlift, daar de bezoekersliften een tijdlang buiten gebruik waren.

Cons:

Dure ondergrondse parking: bijna 100 dollar voor twee nachten/dagen.
Dit zijn eigenlijk twee in elkaar lopende hotels, met verschillende liftkokers. Drie verschillende liften en lange gangen moeten doorlopen om van garage naar de kamer te gaan. Het duurt een tijdje voor je hier je weg hebt gevonden.

Two hotels now are one.
Pros:

Holiday Inn Express has been physically combined with Hotel Indigo with which it shares a block. Be prepared to wander lengthy corridors to find where to check in (which is not at the old entrance for the Holiday Inn Express). Room was comfortable but wasn't cleaned or restocked until we asked on second day of our stay --staff may be over extended at this point. Really nice poolside area where we ate breakfast as public areas in the old entrance area were blasting out heat for some reason. There are many nice things about the hotel but be prepared to deal with the unexpected

Good stay, parking fee not so good
Pros:

Staff and cleanliness was wonderful. Getting to the room was a maze at first. I received an email to check in at Hotel Indigo which is connected to Holiday Inn. That was different but it was ok.

Cons:

Not being informed about the parking fee upfront. The cost for overnight parking for 2 nights was almost $100. Also, got stuck in elevator (Holiday Inn side) for about 10 minutes or so. It was not the key, it was the elevator. Keep your phone on you.

It was nothing like the pictures. It had been taken over by Hotel Indigo. The parking garage was eeriely spooky. There was an additional $60.00 fee for parking.

The bed looked like it was slept in. I checked in so late, and was extremely tired, I didn’t have time to go to the front desk. The room was also extremely dusty, and I’m allergic to dust. I woke up feeling sick.

Good location and moderate price, could use some refreshing
Pros:

Location. The room was correct, clean, enough space. Lobby area was active with places to sit and bar access. Reception staff were personable and efficient. Breakfast offerings were OK if nothing special.

Cons:

Merging of Holiday Inn and Hotel Indigo seems to be in process, so there’s some chaos in the public spaces. Lobby furniture is a little worn.
