Great location, clean, good size rooms, shame about the pillows
Pros:

Fantastic location! Boulangerie and huge supermarket just next door! Right on the edge of wine country so some great restaurants within 10 mins drive.

Cons:

The pillows were very small and thin, like sleeping on a piece of paper!

Comfortable convent and reasonably priced restaurant on site food good, breakfast good and plenty of it.

Cons:

Décor starting to look a bit tired could do with a refresh.

Very good, comfortable, good breakfast
Pros:

Beds were really comfortable, and aircon was much needed and appreciated. We loved the Italian lady helping with breakfasts. She was a breath of fresh air -any business would be lucky to have her as an employee. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Receptionist (older woman) didn't speak English. Deliberately, is my guess. I just think this kind of attitude sucks. Coffee machines could be better.

Fantastic bed/room, nice receptionists (night and day shift), but breakfast girl NOT client friendly
Pros:

The room was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The receptionists were very nice.

Cons:

In the morning, we took breakfast at 9:30am. We didn't realise that breakfast closed at 10am. One unfriendly member of staff started putting all of the breakfast away. Amongst other food items, there was lots of croissants, pan eu chocolat, and bread left. We were still hungry so we asked if we could have a single croissant. The younger member of staff told us breakfast had finished and reluctantly gave us a croissant. We felt this attitude was very negative and not client friendly. We'd never treat our clients like this. Perhaps Ibis could consider asking its staff to let clients know, ten minutes before they take all the food away, that they plan to do this. That would feel considerate.

Goed hotel voor doorreis midden in Frankrijk
Pros:

Goede locatie voor doorreis, gratis parkeren en prima basisvoorzieningen voor internet, eten en slapen. Naast het hotel een grote supermarkt wat fijn is voor wat boodschappen.

Cons:

Kamers wat gedateerd en zeker de badkamer is de slijtage zichtbaar. Daar zou wel wat aan gedaan mogen worden. Service in het restaurant was een beetje chaos en liet lang op zich wachten.
