Dat we op 11-6 al een gerenoveerde kamer hebben gereserveerd en ook door bevestigd was en dan aankomen op de avond en dan is je gereserveerde kamer vergeven aan andere gasten dus kortom reservering heeft geen nut ze hadden alleen nog een oude kamer niet gerenoveerd, kregen daarop 10% korting en 2 drankjes maar het blijft een oude kamer die met korting en zonder airco veel te duur is dan kun je net zo goed naar een Kyriad hotel nog veel goedkoper.
