G-Galyx InnHotel

I was just looking for some place to sleep for a low price because of a business trip and I was satisfied. I wasn't looking for something fancy and lots of amenities. The shower was a little near the toilet so it was kind of uncomfortable to take a shower. 1 pillow case I had should have been never used and had been thrown away.

The room is too small for the price I paid for. Barely have any space. Too many rodent and cockroaches all over the place specially under the bed. 😢

The hotel itself is strategic but the rooms are small, very cramp

My review is based on my satisfaction during my 3-day stay in this hotel. I have no complaints. It's just what I expected. I got what I paid for. For me, as long as there's hot water for shower, a bed to sleep on, and good WiFi internet connection, then I'm satisfied.

Commenting or writing a review isn't really my cup of tea; however, what we had experienced with G-Galyx Hotel shouldn't just be put aside, or, worst, bark at the wrong tree. And this review is just the right venue to vent our absolute frustration. The WORST accomodation I went by far.

Beginning from the receptionists' ill-bred attitude all the way up to the physical set up of the hotel was just so FRUSTRATING. The ventilation was terrible. We were provided with an electric fan despite "airconitioned room" due to its defect. The room size that was supposed for a family was best fit for a single or two persons only. The bath/comfort rooms' doors (separate) are half-sized leaving a wide openings on its lower/upper portions that splash the water outside. It has no telephone in the room. The 2-in-1 liquid soap was empty (un-refilled).

All these were brought to their attention but we only got an insincere respond. Why "insincere"? It's the top-most priority of the management to act upon complaints and make the guest/s feel comfortable and safe.

Despite reminding them repeatedly, we always got the answer "we'd look into the matter ma'am", until we left the area, nothing was looked into considerably.

The rooms did not have exhaust fans and I was bitten by bedbugs😖 The rooms were not as group friendly, as there was no exhaust fan, and the toilet with only a curtain, you could smell and hear everyone doing their business in it.

Room provided is too small, irregular shape. Rooms to be reserved for online booking must be those rooms with regular shape in terms of room areas NOT those triangular in shape/floor area. it was really disappointing.

An Evening Open-Air Charcoal Fired Bar-B-Que is located within easy walking distance from the Hotel. The food tastes exceptionally good. I ate there each evening without fail.
Eating venues @ the nearby Ayala Mall included Filipino Restaurants as well as a Korean All-You-Care-To-Eat Buffet
(( I did experience extreme frustration on the day of my departure for the airport when I discovered the van supposed to be able to transport me to the Airport was leaving from the Makati Mall -- some distance away. I first took a taxi to the departure point. Paid the 199 Peso Tariff -- only to learn it would be impossible to arrive at the airport in time for my 2:15 Departure. A SECOND TAXI WAS REQUIRED ( COSTING ME MORE THAN 400 PESOS MORE THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED. ) Approximately $11.00 more than I had budgeted.
Never had any regrets about my stay there. Clean, Comfortable, & Hospitable.
The desk personnel & security staff were exceptional in their demeanor & courtesy.
The Chinese Restaurant directly across the street serves Great Coffee as well as unusual Breakfast Entrees such as Steamed Cabbage cooked with Onions, Garlic, & Butter. (( Also available are Chinese Dumplings for 8 Pesos each. ))

IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THIS IS AN "ALCOHOL-FREE" ESTABLISHMENT.

Delightful Open-Air Bar-B-Q street-side within walking distance of the hotel.
Great restaurants and buffets in the Ayala Mall Nearby.
Staff worthy of the Highest Praise & Courtesy.

I believe it’s a new hotel in CDO. The rates are cheap and the room that I got is really great. The environment is also good so you can sleep well and soundly. I recommend this hotel especially to those backpackers out there! A must stay hotel in CDO!

I booked a room for 3 persons. For the price, breakfast should have been included. I know of a place which only charge 800 per airconditioned room/night with breakfast. The only redeeming quality of this InnHotel is it's proximity to the Cogon market and it's good bed. The blanket was too thin. The bathroom/CR is disappointing. The shower was almost directly under the toilet bowl. The dispenser in the bathroom is 3-in-1 (Shampoo, liquid soap, and body wash). The TV in our room wasnt responding to the remote control. One more thing, there's a constant dripping sound of water coming from the airconditioner. I'm guessing that this is water from airconditioners above our room. It was very distracting. I kept waking up through the night because I was the one sleeping on the top deck of the bed. I'm sure the InnHotel can do so much better.

First time in my whole experience about Hotel. This Hotel is OK when it come of cleanliness, but rooms should always have table & chair, My daughter and I stayed this hotel for 5 days. so we will eating our food in our bed because they dont have cafe guest need to go out to eat. My case since i have a disable daughter with me, we need to eat inside of our room. but its sad that NO table NO chair. and room is really small. this Hotel is good for one night or short time only.

The room was serviceable, but there was no water in the shower in the prebreakfast period and no hot water at all.

It was one of the most memorable. I would do it all over again.

From your site, you wrote twin bed, desk, free toiletries. But I had 1single bed, no desk and no toiletries. The front desk said she has no toiletries. And I stayed for 2 day's.

I have a good sleep. Close to all stablishments and close SM and Centrio

I was assigned at the 2nd floor of the Hotel. By the time I entered, I smelled something foul. I learned there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom/cr. I thought I can sleep with it but I was still awake till 1:00 am. So I asked the hotel staff to transfer me to another room at the 4th floor. The room was much better than the first one. I was able to sleep at 2:00 am.

My friend and I had a room that is good for 2 people. Our stay there was just okay and not so bad for us. We were backpacking so we only stayed for a night or two and were always on the go.

The price is really cheap so don’t expect 5 star treatment. The room looks really nice and clean, the bed is just okay, nothing special but enough for you to at least sleep for a night or two. The room was small though so it could be a tight fit for large people, good thing we're tiny. :) The AC is not bad but they did have hot water for the shower which was amazing but it has slight smell of mold.

The location is really good because it is near the market/palengke, just a 5 minute walk and you can go to buy cheap fruits and stuff. At night there are some barbecue stalls around.

It was great. We slept comfortable and I think their room is noise proof so yea’ nice hotel
