Low cost & very close to the airport. Although the hotel and room looked clean there was a foul smell in the bathroom so it’s possible there was a leak in the drainage. Aircraft noise was tolerable but we had the windows open due to it being warm and the first flight in woke us at 04:40.
None of the staff wore masks and there was a group of three unmasked guests chatting in the small reception area, so that made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
It’s a budget hotel so best not expect too much.

It was advertised on-line as breakfast included, but there was none and the cost was still the same

Great place for short stay central location

Clean and modern hotel, secure parking. Great location. Only downside was breakfast is not available ever Although it states breakfast is included, so was mislead upon booking

Location is good, close to the airport, there is both street parking and a parking lot. Rooms are very small. Anytime you need to enter building you have to ring a bell.

Very low quality facilities and low service levels. Worst bed I have slept on for many years. Only cold things for continental breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay at the London Plus i in London...Rooms clean and comfy... Breakfast was very nice.. All on a self service basis..
A lovely outdoor seating area... As I arrived early afternoon, I took advantage of this amenity..Staff were very nice too.... I would definitely recommend this delightful Hotel....

I was expecting a letter on arrival told" no mail for you " I spoke to the sender of the letter ,who checked out with the post office and he found that the letter sent express tracked to be signed for had been refused twice . This letter was important and costing over £6.00 such attitude of a supposedly highly thought of B&B is disgusting IF and I stress IF is the policy of your motel , then it should be indicated on the website that all mail parcels etc should be preceded by an e-mail .This should be done to avoid further confusion .Extremely disappointed

Close to tube and WiFi pretty quick

Really convenient location especially for Heathrow. Secure parking appreciated. Great value for the money. Rooms decent too. Friendly and helpful staff. A couple of decent Portugues restaurants in walking distance. Will use again. Recommended.

Very convenient for Terminal 4 and we’ll priced. The room was nice and clean.

It was clean and friendly, and service was good, and very well situated for Heathrow airport.

Great value. Very close to heathrow. easy check in, nice room, onsite parking, and reasonable breakfast included. Only just made it for final check-in time (11 PM).

Staff very helpful with late arrival, arranging for early morning tax to LHR!

Close to the airport. Staff were approachable and seemed friendly. Room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. Great place to stay for one night for an early flight. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of scrambled eggs, beans, bananas, apples, white sliced bread, jam, butter, croissants, jam, butter, and coffee. Free parking was a plus! I would stay again.

Very new, well maintained property. Two off street private parking lots. Only downside is location is right at the east end of Heathrow with takeoff S happening right over the property very steadily. They stopped before I went to sleep and for an old plane buff like myself were not at all disturbing. Might given someone else a bit of a problem.

Great breakfast! Wonderful room. Large shower, new tile in bathroom, great amenities, warm towel rack, hot water system, good sized room. Great Place!!!

Great for arrival or departure from Heathrow. Close and clean with good breakfast
