I booked a room to have access to the pool on the same levet although they have false photos showing, i upgraded my room for the convince, the staff were so rude ,none repectful a miserable impact, any way dont go there the place basically empty i understand for the poor service, amenities were nice so be ware and call before you ever upgraded a room for real access

My stay wasn’t as good as when I stay the first time the receptionist was very not nice had a stink attitude and I had a problem with my bathroom, the bathroom had mold in the shower area. They changed me to another room, but they was real nasty about it and that was very unacceptable.
Location is perfect. Within walking distance to second road and beach road. Quiet area. Stayed at the May section which provides bigger and newer rooms that those in the March section. Upper floor is recommended. Clean room, comfortable bed.
