The room was clean and spacious, the AC worked well
The service was disappointing compared with other similar hotels we’ve stayed at in India and elsewhere. Reception staff were rude, and when we asked about special requests made through Booking.com, we were given different answers two or three times, which left a very poor first impression. Both cards stopped working within 24 hours, and we only discovered this when trying to use the lift. We then had to return to reception to have them reset. The bed was really soft, might be a pro for some but we didn’t find in comfortable.
At restaurant Kai, one dish arrived frozen in the middle. When we raised this, the waiter initially insisted it wasn’t frozen. After some discussion, he eventually checked a dumpling himself and took the dish back to be redone.

chose it cos of the brand but not happy .

Food was good.
1. The "Superior Double Room" shows 'Spa tub' on the website, but the room doesn't have it (R. No. 219).
2. The exhaust line in the washroom is faulty, and we get cigarette smoke every time in the washroom. When we reported it, a sanitation staff member came just to inform us that they had turned on the exhaust system. However, there was no improvement. Even at 3 am, when we used the washroom, the cigarette smell filled the living room, causing great discomfort.
3. While checking out, I informed the issue (S. No. 2) to the person at reception who helped with check-out formalities. Unfortunately, he was least bothered to know about the issue, but he was more interested in knowing whether we had consumed anything from the 'minibar.'
There is malfunctioning of fire alarm. Disturbed throughout the stay especially in night, even after complaint the issue is not resolved. The soft drinks in the refrigerator cost around 300 rupees, even the MRP of this drink is 40 Rupees.

Given the beachside location, I understand that moisture is expected; however, the rooms have an unacceptable, overpowering smell of mold. It feels as though mold is trapped somewhere, creating a persistent, unpleasant odor. The air conditioning units require immediate inspection, as the current state of the rooms is unacceptable. Please address this issue.
