Kent Hotel

Amazingly warm welcoming and friendly staff. Location is in hearth of Bursa but hotel need renovation for sure. It could be the best hotel in center after renovation. I believe some day Ms Bengü will take care of that.

Hotel is located just opposite from Ulu Cami and Koza Han, which was our primary reason for visiting Bursa. The room is quite spacious, and we definitely appreciate the large King-size bed and elevator.

All in all, the perfect place to rest after an exhausting trip down from Uludag mountain.

Excellent hotel provides all necessary services and facilities without being an excessive hotel. Best feature without doubt is that’s it right across the road from the silk bazaar and associated arcades and walkways. Everything anyone could possibly want. Thoroughly recommended

There is not much to say about this place except I will not stay there for 2nd time. The room was smelly (cigarette smoke) although we requested for non smoking floor. We need to open the window to get rid of the smell but it was located above main busy road, and guest the noise from vehicles and temperature outside at that time was sub zero. The breakfast was contracted to a in-house restaurant Simit Sarayi but we get set breakfast (no choice) everyday. Imagine for 5 days eating simit & bread! We have to pay for any extra such as orange juice.
But not all bad, as the location right at the centre of Bursa and close to busy shopping area such as Kaza Han. The front desk guys are also very friendly and helpful.

It was a clean, centrally located hotel. The staff were nice and breakfast was ok. It is a functional hotel in a useful location for exploring Bursa.

Good location just opposite the Silk market. Simple and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with delicious fresh bread.

The only thing good about this was the excellent location. Very unclean motel-type place. That's what put us off the most about the place. Very high price. Parking is not included, you must find an otopark and pay them extra. I wouldn't stay here again.

Its nice as it was in city center but value for money i guess it need to be cheaper

Super location, right across from the enormous bazaar. Convenient for buses. Loads of good restaurants around.
Spotlessly clean. Good mattress. Powerful shower. Staff spoke some English and were most helpful.

It is close to most of the remarkable interesting areas from all sides if it is historical or cultural or shopping areas. This is the second time we booked at Kent hotel. People are very helpful and nice, breakfast is convenient, we liked staying there and my wife she would to there again if we come back to Bursa. Thank you for your friendly way of gaining friends.

Good stay

Fantastic location and staff, but breakfast needs to be till 10:30am and to be more diverse, the air conditioning should be better as in the reception.

room is clean and very comfortable. location at the center of city and easy to find with landmark is Ulu Cammi Mosque. close with bazaar, restaurant and as well as trams station. the Sehrekustu metro station also not so far. staffs very friendly and helpful.

Amazing, the staff were helpful and resourceful. Able to get to places where we had planned.

Good location, lovely staff, clean rooms, i stayed for 2 nights and diffently i am going to stay in the same hotel. Close to bus station and close to tramway.it is a recommended hotel everything is close to the hotel even a pharmacy.

Hotel very centrally located.
Staff very friendly, Yummit at reception and Ramadhaan the porter.
The room we had was basic, with not a good view. View from rooftop restaurant was pleasing. I would definitely stay here on a future visit, good value for money, but mainly due to location.

It's my second time to stay in Kent Hotel, location is very good, it's walking distance to Grand bazaar and it's opposite Grand mosque Ulu Camii, staff are friendly, however the breakfast is below standard, it's better to eat outside.
