It was comfortable and clean and good location but the hotel definitely needs refurbished

Toilet cistern ran all night
Could clearly hear the persons in next property talking
Boiler broke no hot water and had to use a shower in another room. Walking back and forth from pur room to the other room.
Lack of communication from hotel as to what we were to do in the morning about showering not ideal

Fabulous for easy access to old town and beach
Pros:

3rd visit and think it’s a great place with bus stop just outside with easy access to puerto pllensa and old town pollensa . Nice easy walk to Gotmar too.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit tired but then it wouldn’t be as good value if they were updated. It’s full with cyclists and really nice clientele.

Pros:

A notre arrivée, nous avions un souci d'infiltration d'eau dans notre chambre. Le personnel a été très compréhensif et nous a trouvé une nouvelle chambre dans la journée.
Les femmes de ménage sont discrètes et efficaces. L'ensemble du personnel est très gentil. La piscine est vraiment propre et bien entretenue.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande.
