Lovely hotel just needs additional cleaning
Pros:

Excellent location and lovely pool

Cons:

The bedroom smelt musty, the bathroom had a lot of black mold in it.

Thank you for accommodating me at late notice as my accommodation had overbooked and had to “bump” me.

Hezký hotel, blízko Lví skály
Pros:

Velice pěkný hotel, ale využili jsme ho pouze pro přespání. Do hotelu jsem dorazili až kolem 22 hod. Ráno jsme ještě za tmy vyšli na prohlídku Lví skály, nejdříve pěšky, ale byli jsme místními upozornění na možnost volného pohybu slonů, takže jsme mávli na první Tuktuk.
Snídaně byla formou samoobslužného bufetu, dalo se vybrat. Dobré byly omelety.

Cons:

Vybavení pokoje - skříně už jsou zastaralé, ale ani jsme do nich naše věci nevybalovali.

Pool was nice, check-in good, room overlooking hotel area, convenient location to the local attractions (e.g. Lion Rock)

Cons:

Stairs only to upper level rooms (no lifts), had to report water pouring out of the pipes at our room door/back of the building (which meant water pouring on you trying to get up/down the stairs to room), and the pipe issue meant no hot water in shower. Breakfast buffet was limited and again upstairs. Hotel not suitable for any mobility issues even if had a ground level room. Stairs to access everything - reception, breakfast, coffee/drinks bar.

Pros:

Lovely setting with a beautiful pool. Large room and en-suite. Staff attentive and helpful. Restaurant good with a wide variety of food. Great situation for visiting Lion Rock and several national parks

One of the best hotel in Sigiriya
Pros:

Location is excellent.. We had a great experience at the hotel. They gave us a beautiful clean room and we were having an amazing time with the family. Buffet also really good. Very good customer service. Thank you Mr. Ashoka from the head office, GM at the hotel and the reception Ms. Sewwandi Upeksha for the great service and made our day. Exceptional quality people.. Room service boys are really good they provide an amazing service for the guests. Washrooms also very clean. Pls keep the good work continue. Value for money..

- Large groups of tourists arrive by bus make noise, also at night

Van buiten mooier dan in het echt. Maar prima hotel
Pros:

Receptie gedeelte en zwembaden waren mooi!

Cons:

De kamer was niet zoals op de foto’s. We zaten ook niet in het hoofdgebouw maar aan de overkant van de weg. Alles was gewoon een beetje oud. En het bed, het matras was doorgezakt, je rolde naar t midden toe.

Забыть как страшный сон!!!!
Pros:

Бронировал за 5 месяцев, основывался на отзывах, фотографиях и наличии бассейна - и полнейшее разочарование, бассейн в другом месте - и солнце только с 10 до 14....хотя сам бассейн чистый. Больше ничего не понравилось.

Cons:

По порядку:
1. Нас повели при заселении через дорогу, где отсутствует пешеходный переход, к другому комплексу, о чем при бронировании ни слова!!! к отдельному корпусу с отдельным бассейном.
2. Номер достался 501. И это КОШМАР!!!! Вместо заявленной большой одной кровати - 2 сдвинутые??????и это с мягкими продавленными матрасами....
3. В удобствах бронирования - помещение полностью находится на первом этаже! больные колени, думал как хорошо - только это оказался номер на втором этаже.
4. написано Балкон, но и балкона нет - есть узкий проход к номерам!!!!
5. Телевизор - сначала пришлось попросить чтоб заработал, в итоге 5 каналов, из них 2 одинаковых, один англоязычный завис. Смех!!!!
6. Вид из окна - это просто издевательство!!!! Его нет!!!В этот номер никогда не приходит солнце!!!
7. Запах плесени и сырости!!!
8. Сейф - просто не работает, свистит только....
9. Дверь в ванную комнату не закрывается совсем.
10. Входную дверь нельзя зарыть на задвижку - сломана.
11. Прикроватная тумбочка не закрывается. Столик - не открывается. Вся мебель кривая и двери плохо работают.
12. Отдохнуть у бассейна тихо не возможно - по пять-шесть работников по балконам-проходам носятся с уборкой и громко кричат...зачем?
13. Провели у бассейна 3 часа, никто не пришел убирать этот гадкий номер, потом пошел дождь-пошли в номер - и тут пришли с уборкой. фантастика.
14. Завтрак обычный, посредственный, и нужно ходить через дорогу, обслуга на завтраке - просто толпа бездельников.
15. При встрече вынесли латунного петуха, жгли свечи, фотографировали - и поселили в конуру. Пафоса много - толку мало. Жалобы не подействовали.
16. и зубную щетку положили одну на двоих!!!! Экономят???
17. Сушильная машина - где это? что это?
18 Особо по оплате - 152 доллара за 2 дня за этот УЖАС???? и при оплате, заявленной в долларах не могут с долларовой карты списать доллары. ???
