Fresco Water Villa

Lovely setting with a beautiful pool. Large room and en-suite. Staff attentive and helpful. Restaurant good with a wide variety of food. Great situation for visiting Lion Rock and several national parks

From the moment that I stepped into the hotel until I checked out the overall experience was superb. Staff was welcoming and we had a good time. On our next visit we will make sure to go back there again

Location is excellent.. We had a great experience at the hotel. They gave us a beautiful clean room and we were having an amazing time with the family. Buffet also really good. Very good customer service. Thank you Mr. Ashoka from the head office, GM at the hotel and the reception Ms. Sewwandi Upeksha for the great service and made our day. Exceptional quality people.. Room service boys are really good they provide an amazing service for the guests. Washrooms also very clean. Pls keep the good work continue. Value for money..

Бронировал за 5 месяцев, основывался на отзывах, фотографиях и наличии бассейна - и полнейшее разочарование, бассейн в другом месте - и солнце только с 10 до 14....хотя сам бассейн чистый. Больше ничего не понравилось.

Stay was excellent , both dinner and bf had variety of options.

Sold as an 4 star hotel, but no more then 2 star at the most.

Very old and worn down, have to buy the coffee at breakfast, slow service.

Großes Zimmer - sehr großes Bad - detaillierte Ausstattung (u.a. Zahnbürste, Fön, Seifen, Lotion, Nähzeug, Hausschuhe...) schnelle Problembehandlung, großartiges Frühstücksbüffet, zahlreiches und hilfbereites Personal

Nice location and lovely garden with decent size family pool. Very frew sunbeds and umbrellas but good quality. Rooms are good size with nice balcony. At first glance things look really nice. Sadly neither the pool area nor the room were well maintained. Especially the bathroom was nowhere near 4*: bathtub without any curtain or glass shield, shower hose leaky and not long enough, bathroom sink tap loose, shelf for soap hanging on one screw, dirty cup in the bathroom. TV not working very well. Aircon quite loud, but working ok. Furniture quite basic but ok. Beds decent. We were half board, both buffet. Selection and quality ok at both breakfast and dinner, but again not 4*. This hotel has the potential to be a really good 3-4* hotel if they maintained the property better. As it is today, I would probably not choose this hotel again.

The setting is nice with a lovely swimming pool. They could do with improving the lighting (either to bright or not enough), more towels, phone & TV don't work - Fab works sorted of - & they could do with serving up more authentic food ( I found a hair in the fish soup - not ideal!).
