Nice hotel but location is very wrong.
Pros:

Room was a nice size,staff were lovely. Pool was warm and the bar had a lovely atmosphere.

Cons:

Location is incorrect not anywhere near Lions Rock. 40+ minute walk to the rock. Which to walk at night not known to us is dangerous due to wild elephants.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top - der Pool auch sauber (im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften wirklich gut in Schuss). Das Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel.

Cons:

In der Lounge waren teilweise leider viele Insekten und Fliegen - gemütlich einen Kaffee zu trinken war schlecht möglich.

Pros:

No wifi network I asked in the reception the same and they were like it’s not working around your room area. Have to go main entrance of the villa to get connected with network

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympa et arrangeant lorsque nous avons des demandes. Notamment Samalka qui est très à l’écoute et serviable.
L’hôtel est très calme avec tout le confort nécessaire.

Pros:

Place has a clam vibe and on the main road to Sigirya rock. A special memtion to Samalka, he helped with scooty rental and jeep safari like immediately. Will be visiting again!

Great place to stay
Pros:

The people are beautiful and so friendly. The restaurant was clean, had lots of variety and tasted great.
The staff were amazing especially Parami, Akalanka and Mr Kumara were very helpful and friendly.

The Hotel is great, kind stuff, nice Hotel Area. In the rooms are no Moskitos and they are clean
