Wonderful rural resort, good stay
Pros:

Loved the view and location, staff was exceptional. It was a slower weekend so it was quiet, and room was clean.

Cons:

Bed was small for a queen, door knob was a bit wonky, and room was on a second floor. All minor issues because overall it was a good stay.

My Favorite Place to Stay
Pros:

The location on the St. John's River couldn't be better. Add to that the beautifully landscaped grounds and you have a perfect place to relax and get away from urban life.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I could complain about except, perhaps, the fact that the resort has been waiting far too long for a permit to do work needed on their former office and cafe building subsequent to some hurricane damage several years ago. This is the fault of the local authority and not the management.

The perfect place for a peaceful, slow-paced vacation
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel in a marvelous marina location, with a spacious pool, relaxing lounge areas, and beautiful cypress trees. The room is very comfortable, the AC is quiet, and everything is impeccably clean. The neighborhood is very pleasant, I wish we could stay longer, just to enjoy this countryside area. There is a ferry station next to hotel, so you can travel to the opposite bank of the river and enjoy your day in the park
