Pros:

La ubicación excelente en el centro de Morelia. El edificio es de la época colonial, muy bello y bien preservado. Un plus que la recepción es 24 horas y siempre hay gente dispuesta a ayudar.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones es mínima. Si bien tienden la cama y dejan papel de baño, siempre hubo polvo en el piso y durante toda la estancia hubo una cucaracha muerta en el piso del armario que nunca nadie recogió.

The bed was too short for a 1.90 meter person. My feet protruded from the bed.
There’s only lukewarm water coming from the shower.

Beautiful old casona in the middle of downtown. Gracious, helpful staff and a tranquil environment. It's my third time staying at Eugenia and I will definitely return.

Great place to stay, we will come back and definitely recommend.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean , comfortable and decorated old fashioned, quite and close to historic center. Nice patio to relax and upstairs terrace.

La chambre, le personel, l,emplacement , silencieux pour dormir

C'était humide , une personne doit ouvrir la porte de l'entrée chaque fois qu,on sort,mais très sécuritaire. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours bien.
