Great location, comfort stay
Pros:

The location is super nice for those who are especially taking aeroline bus to Penang. The hotel is just opposite the dropoff point of aeroline bus in Queensbay mall and you will see the Rutin restaurant, the hotel is just behind it. I was lucky that the hotel upgraded me from single room to double room and it is in the same building of the registration counter, i really appreciate the upgrade and it makes my stay more comfortable. I wanted to give compliments to Ms Afika and Mr B for the hospitality and being helpful in taking care my luggages. Will come back again.

Cons:

The room is bit small but good to move around within the room for one person. My room is near the staircase hence there was some noise of people walking in the first night, but the night after was ok.

Surprisingly clean room, felt skeptical when booking but turned out better than expected! Just that the noise from planes can be loud.

no lift, wall is thin, no peek hole on the doors, not recommend for female who stays alone

I like the hotel even its small, kami dtg anak beranak 7 org n im looking for hotel dekat dengan airport dan tempat makan. So this one betul2 dok depan queensbay mall. So nak shopping sambil makan senang sgt. Jalan kaki je. Then nak p airport pon tak sampai 20 minit. I amik bilik 4 org dan selesa sangat. Tak sempit. I think bilik ni luas dari bilik 4 yg lain. Staff dia pon layan baik. I dtg awal. So dia kasi i park brg dulu then p makan jap.
