Pros:

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Lovely staff at the lobby. Tv with streaming services.

Cons:

The room is very run down, could use a freshen up. The AC in our room did not work properly, it was very very loud, kept turning itself off or going into turbo-jet mode in the middle of the night. Really needs replaced!

Great value. Great staff. Hector, John, and Justin are best employees.
Pros:

TV always shuts down when you leave the room necessitating re-set up it's wi-fi connectivity. Door card needed in a slot by door to activate all room electricity. Means room get hot when leaving room

The best and friendliest value in Cebu
Pros:

This is the hotel that has the friendliest and most helpful staff I have experienced in many years.
Nestor, Jhon, and Justin did everything possible to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
I highly recommend this hotel. It is a great bargain and it is perfectly situated in the center of downtown Cebu. It is close to all sorts of food and shops. I will return again.

Cons:

The plumbing was a little slow, but they sent someone to immediately plunge it.
The window view is not great.But I did not come here to look out the windows.
The amazing and friendly staff did everything possible to make this stay perfect.

Comfortable stay in an ok location
Pros:

Felt like a safe location and close to bars, a couple places to eat and stores like 7eleven
Room was comfortable also

Cons:

All a bit dated
They only give you one key card which is annoying if you’re going out separately. It also didn’t work on multiple occasions and we had to keep asking reception to reset it
