Restaurant food was great, authentic Indian, location was really good, close to everything
Dark rooms, very average, small pool with no sun on it, main pool had diving lessons every day well after the documented time.

I had a fantastic stay at Pesona Beach Resort & Spa. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Gili Trawangan, close to everything — and the hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained.
The staff deserve a special mention: they were genuinely wonderful, warm and incredibly attentive throughout my stay. When I experienced an issue with the noise from the neighbouring nightclub, the hotel handled it extremely well and went out of their way to compensate for the inconvenience with complimentary massages, sauna and other spa treatments. That level of care and customer service really impressed me.
The main thing to be aware of is the **nightclub directly next to the hotel**. The music can be extremely loud at night, so if you are sensitive to noise, I strongly recommend bringing proper high-quality earplugs — not the basic disposable ones.
That said, this is Gili Trawangan and the hotel is in a very central location, so nightlife comes with the territory. Most importantly, the staff took my concerns seriously and did everything they could to make up for the discomfort, which I really appreciated.

Niente. Lontana dalle zone migliori dell’isola. In mezzo alla confusione, camere non insonorizzate.
È stata un’esperienza terribile.
A cominciare dalla posizione: in mezzo al caos, vicina a locali notturni che fino alle prime ore del mattino tengono la musica altissima, impossibile riposare.
Camera non insonorizzata, talmente alta la musica fuori che le pareti tremano.
Scomoda per tutte le attività principali, inutile la spiaggia davanti all’hotel, tutte le barche sono ormeggiate non potendo così fare il bagno.
Colazione misera, non all’altezza del prezzo.
La ubicación excelente , muy cercano al muelle de la isla , el spa y ta fabuloso , tomamos un masaje y estuvo muy bueno.
La comida no fue de mi agrado , si bien tenían especialidad en comida hindú la carta internacional era demasiado acotada y aún así estaba preparada con demasiada condimentación

Staff were excellent and so friendly.
The noise of the music every night until 1am and 3am on Mondays was unbearable the whole room was shaking, we were made aware of this prior to coming the week before by the hotel and offered ear plugs and a free massage. If you don’t like loud music or the party area stay the other end of the island, the road is paved all the way so you can just drag your suitcase to the other side, it may be a 20 min walk but do this over using the poor horses that are worked to death in the heat. The pool area isn’t as pictured, the one in the images is for the rooms on the bottom floor, there are no sunbeds or anything to use that pool. The pool at the front is used for the diving company so you can’t really use it. The hotel was clean and staff were great so overall it was worth how cheap we paid for it. The breakfast included didn’t really suit westernised breakfasts it was more Indian style cuisine breakfast
Pool and rooms were exactly as the pictures. The staff was excellent. Their restaurant as always full, they have the best Indian food and hookah in the island. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in the main activity center of the island. Pesona is in the middle of all the great bars, restaurants, spas, diving centers, beach clubs. The location is perfect for anyone who prefers lively, fully of fun, loud spaces!

Everything was excellent! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I felt at home throughout my stay.

I have nothing to fault about Persona. The location is amazing and ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, the harbour. The hotel itself is unique and beautiful. Interior is fab, the layout of the hotel is amazing, the rooms are lovely and spacious. Bathroom is huge with a massive shower, bed is huge and so comfortable. The bar/restaurant is lovely, amazing Indian food. The staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful, the spa is amazing, everything about this hotel is amazing!
