Overall, the location and service made up for it. Would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Super hotel in a perfect location — just a short walk from the harbour so we didn’t need to use the horses, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything we needed, and a special mention to Erma and the team managing WhatsApp for patiently answering all my messages 😝

We even got a free room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! The breakfast was good, and it’s a big plus that the hotel has its own restaurant.

Cons:

The only downside was that they were renovating the hallway to our room, so there was a strong smell of fresh paint and quite a lot of noise during our stay. They provided free earplugs, which was thoughtful and shows they’re aware of the noise from nearby bars as well. Since it’s low season, I understand it’s the best time to renovate.

Pros:

The fact that breakfast is served until 3 p.m. was a real highlight for me, especially with the breakfast room offering such a stunning view. The location near the port was another big plus, truly just a two-minute walk, which made a huge difference since I was traveling with large luggage. The staff were very friendly, and the room was excellent.

El personal del hotel se portó de maravilla con mi padre cuando sufrió una caída y se hizo daño en el tobillo.

Muy buena ubicación del hotel cerca del puerto, y en primera línea de playa.

Dentro del hotel hay un estupendo establecimiento Padi con descuento para los alojados en el hotel.

Pros:

Pesona is located beach front in the busy area with lots of things going on, bars and restaurants just steps away. The staff are very friendly and happy to help, nothing is an issue for them.

Cons:

There are 2 pools, the front one is primarily used for ppl learning to dive during the day so wasn't accessible to swim in sometimes. There is a rear private pool but its shaded with no loungers or sun spots. The nightclub is next door so if you're prone to noise the thumping may bother you. There is almost next to no water pressure in the upstairs rooms. Breakfast is a la carte and just eggs with a couple of other Asian options.

Pros:

The air conditioning system completely failed during our stay. It was quite hot Gili Trawangan. The hotel authority tried to repair the same and failed.

Rest is okay. The location is good.

Cons:

Not spacious! AC was defective.

What a fantastic place to stay ,just a short walk from the harbor to Pesona
Pros:

The super friendly staff and management
and the scuba diving center was fabulous with nice new equipment and the Dive Masters and instructors
have fantastic knowledge of all the dive locations

Good stay but not according to my expectations
Pros:

The breakfast as usual in Indonesia. Nothing special but nothing to complain about it. I eat so much eggs in my Indonesian holiday that I will have a long break as soon as I am back home. Very pleasant staff, clean rooms., no smell.

Cons:

The pictures make you to expect more. The front pool actually will be used only if you want to have diving learning lessons, the back pool is narrow, having no sun, actually we did not used at all, paying extra for nothing. The property is doing some repairs / upgrade works and the people start to work at 6.00 a.m. After all night noise and music when you think that finally you are going to sleep....another wrong expectation. If you are really not a party tiger I advise you to go on the other side of the island. The transfer is very easy by walk, bike or Lombok Ferrari ;-). It was my first visit on Gili T and I can not say that I am disappointed, but next time I know what should I do!
