Excellent Stay 10/10
Pros:

Top tier customer service from every staff member that I encountered, I truly felt welcomed. The facilities were extremely clean. The rooftop restaurant is a must see because of the amazing food and views. The hotel is located next door to a shopping area with spas, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, and more. I loved my stay here and will return!

I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!
Pros:

The entire staff exceeded my expectations. 10/10 customer service. The rooms were very clean as was the entire property. The rooftop restaurant is a must with amazing views and great food. It’s next door to a shopping area that has an art gallery, cafes, restaurant, spas, everything you could imagine.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a pool however it wasn’t a deal breaker.

A nice stay in our favorite city.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and the food was superb.
The whole place was amazing.

Cons:

The only small issue we had was there's no exhaust or proper ventilation in the bathroom. So you need to have the door open otherwise the moisture stays inside the bathroom and gets smelly like sewer. The whole room smelled like this the first day we arrived but it got better afterwards.

We love to stay there because it’s really close to where we are going to, like appointments, groceries and so on…
Pros:

First the Facility is very clean and all the staff are very accommodating and helpful

Cons:

The only thing is that, the room is not sound proof we can the singer and the loud slam door of the other room and the sound of the vehicle even if you’re in the 6th floor

Comfortable Stay with Clean Facilities and Helpful Staff
Pros:

The staff at the lobby entrance were helpful and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable perfect for a good rest. The gym was also well equipped, providing enough equipment for weightlifting.

Wonderful Stay at Seda Atria in Iloilo
Pros:

Seda is strategically located at the heart of Iloilo - close to the Esplanade for variety of specialty restaurants, walking distance (or short ride) to SM Iloilo, and with fast food chains just a stone-throw away. The atmosphere is generally warm, but the place is so clean and people are friendly. Hotel rooms are spacious enough, not too big but perfect for families. We requested for connecting rooms and the hotel is too nice to arrange for it; special greeting cakes were in place when we arrived.
