A convenient and fairly pleasant hotel in a prime location for quick link to NAIA.

Comfortable bed. New towels. Strong water pressure; loved the refillable water container

Cons:

It looks like there was no "exhaust thingy" in the shower such that mist covered the wall mirror after a bath. Twice I called front desk to ask something but it took quite sometime for someone to pick up the call

SEDA Hotel is always my go to in Iloilo --- superb buffet breakfast, fast check-in/out, friendly professional staff, and clean room. And yes, there's Jolibee and Atria.

It was a great stay, the bed was very comfortable.

Personal and Exceptional Service
Pros:

We got off the wrong foot during my stay in Sep 2025 due to bad wifi and room location but F&B was exceptional that even with the bad experience, I'd come back for it. When I came back this Nov w/ my family, everything was better and they even prepared my favorite turon from Misto at breakfast. The wifi is now better and the F&B is consistent. Kudos to the amazing staff at Misto especially Raden, Rhea, and everyone at the kitchen. They're ube champorado and whipped butter would make you want to come back.

And special thanks as well to all the porters and security personnel who are very generous in giving us directions when we need to go somewhere, and would patiently assist us at the elevator when we leave our keys in the room. Just amazing!

In fact, I'm currently staying in a different hotel now due to a last-minute trip notification that prevented me from booking again in Seda but I would travel there every morning from my hotel to have breakfast because it was that good. The service is very personal and just exceptional!

Your room has leaks in the floor which makes it so wet. The shower area overflows and soaks the entire bathroom making it very dangerous for people to fall
