Attentive staff, comfy rooms - mixed exprerience
Pros:

Attentiveness of the staff
They ensure they do their best to deliver for their customers.

Cons:

Room issues, i switched rooms x2.
room 420
water seeping from shower to toilet area

Room 222
spotty internet connection

I was finally moved to Room 207, but theres construction noise, and the room nearby slams the door every time they close it. Electrical outlets are not strategically put - i have to blow dry in the bedroom where there are no mirrors, i have to move the electric water pot to the bedside table because there wasnt any outlet where its located.
Apparently theres no sauna and steam room and pool unlike the other Seda property in quezon city.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at Seda Atria Iloilo
Pros:

I stayed at Seda Atria Iloilo from May 25–29 while attending a training event, and I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and other establishments. The atmosphere was relaxing yet professional, making it an excellent place to unwind after a full day of training. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the property was consistently impressive. Despite being in a busy area, the noise level was minimal, allowing for a restful stay. The staff provided excellent service, always courteous, attentive, and accommodating to guests' needs. The amenities were also well-suited for both work and relaxation. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Iloilo for business or leisure.

not a bad hotel for 3-4 star but not a place you want to stay if you wish or need to sleep at night.
Pros:

Check in OK and room was almost ready but for one person.

Cons:

I specifically asked for a quiet room away from the rooftop nightclub. We were put in room 522 which is an end room directly under the nightclub, in addition there was a bar opposite the room with an outside stage and overamplified music. When we complained at midnight we were told "it's Saturday". When the bar quietened down we dozed off only to be jerked awake at 02:30 hours because of a running event outside the hotel with overamplified advertisements. We gave up trying to sleep and packed up and left at 03:15 hours. The hotel should have warned us about the expected noisy surroundings.

Seda Atria Review
Pros:

Ambience was good, similar to other Seda branches. Rooms were clean and hotel staff were accommodating. Breakfast was delicious wherein you can also request for your coffee to be made by the barista. Rooftop Pool Bar personnel were also accommodating; ensured we're properly attended well. Didn't expect that there was no pool in this branch though, but overall it was a very pleasant experience. I look forward to our visit again next time

Attention to Details will make it Better
Pros:

We went to this hotel for my Birthday Staycation. Though I booked it through a third-party agency, Kent R’Lau was very responsive to my queries via email prior to our stay. He’s very professional in checking on my requests.

Upon arrival at the hotel, Jay R at the door was very attentive in assisting us with our bags. Christopher made a swift check in for prolly less than 2 minutes. It was very prompt but covered everything we need to know about the stay.

Unfortunately, I need to deal about work after check in. The WiFi was giving and helping great. We went out for lunch and dinner. Upon return to the hotel after dinner, we asked for a bucket of ice. Diana was so generous to deliver it in the room at no cost.

In the room, it was below par of this local brand (vs Seda in IT Bloc Cebu, Seda in Manila Bay). They got smaller pillows, soft mattress even squishy-like bed frame. And, the sewer smells stinky. Too bad for a celebration staycation. I mentioned about the stay, that it was for my birthday. I was even asked for my birthdate at Check In. However, there was nothing special extended. No biggie but it may add delight to the stay.

The next morning, we had our buffet breakfast at the Misto Restaurant. We loved the Filipino touch available in the spread likely Nilagang Saging, Taho, and the Mango Tapioca --- hoping a cold dessert next time. Shout out to Rhea and Joshua.

At check out, Adrian made it swift as possible. He’s very helpful and friendly. We might come back, but no sure.
