Found the room super small if compared to other SEDA properties and we already booked for a premier corner room. Else nothing to complain.
Top room we booked was fantastic….and the views were lovely. Had a lovely pool. Good fun music entertainment at night.
Food was very disappointing… my Greek salad was standard lettuce with bacon and croutons. Margarita cocktail was made from cordial and not fresh lime.
Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, Seda Atria stands out as one of the warmest and friendliest. There are other nearby hotels that are more convenient or offer more amenities, but we keep coming back because of the genuinely personal service and hospitality.
The experience has been so consistently good that we even decided to hold our year-end celebration here this November.
Price, convenience, and amenities can be matched elsewhere, but genuine human warmth is much harder to find. The team is truly Seda Atria’s greatest amenity and the reason we remain loyal guests.

Exploring Iloilo is truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The city offers an incredible gastronomic experience—from iconic Chicken Inasal and La Paz Batchoy to famous giant siopaos and local delicacies. Beyond the food, Iloilo is steeped in history and beautiful architecture, evident in its centuries-old churches and heritage houses. What made our trip even better was staying right in the heart of it all at Seda Atria. What was initially planned as a 3-day, 2-night getaway quickly turned into a full week’s stay! We booked a spacious large room with an adjoining standard room. The main room featured an ultra-comfortable king-size bed and a cozy lounge area that was perfect for unwinding. The hotel offers a daily breakfast buffet with a thoughtful selection of dishes—not overwhelming in scale, but every offering was delicious. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. Our rooms were impeccably cleaned each day, beds were neatly made, and drinking water was continuously refilled, making every return after a long day of exploring a comfort.
If I find myself back in Iloilo, Seda Atria will definitely be my top choice once again.
A great business hotel - there's a gym and roof bar, restaurant. The staff were kind and efficient. The bed was very comfortable - not too soft :)
