Pros:

Absolutely lovely spot, amazing views from room and pool area.

Cons:

Hot water was very erratic and sometimes non-existent but didn't bother us too much, the setting made up for it!

Good location but not good value.
Pros:

This hotel is well situated with friendly and helpful staff and guests.
Good food.
The hotel is a little rough around the edges and badly finished. Lots of different additions on different levels.
Quite expensive for what it is.

Cons:

The overall feel of the hotel was faded and ill considered, seems to have been added to randomly.

Pros:

Lækkert værelse med stor terrasse og udsigt til Ella Rock mm.
Pool område også med lækker udsigt.

Cons:

Maden var ringe. Fik room service, hvor der i kylling med karry var ben i kyllingen.
Morgenmaden var også lavere kvalitet end hvad vi ellers oplevede andre steder. Der var bl.a. mug omkring juice kanderne.

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning i Ella og valgte at bo her. Meget hjælpsomt personale der var meget velkomne ved ankomst
Pros:

Fint sted, væk fra hovedgaden, som har meget larm og især karaoke.
Super smuk udsigt over Adam’s Peak.
Godt udvalg i morgenmads buffeten

The price is way too high. We had no hot water. Apart from the omelettes, the breakfast was poor! Attention to detail needed with cleaning. Furniture is very old and needs replacing.

Prijs/kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. Kamer is te duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt.

De bedden waren goed

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet vers en de vliegen zwermde rond de groentes. Er is geen receptie, de ingang gaat door een garage. Ons uitzicht werd belemmerd door een groen dak. Het dak was van plaatstaal wat erge herrie maakte. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, dat hoor je op het balkon en bij het zwembad. De foto’s van het zwembad waren gemaakt met een groothoeklens, in werkelijkheid is het een splonsbad. In onze badkamer stond de schimmel op de muur en de lampen gingen aan kroonsteentjes. Douche was niet warm. Kortom het hotel is niet wat we verwachten voor deze prijs.
