Schöne Lage, nettes Personal, guter Frühstück aber die Zimmer müssten teilweise modernisiert werden.
Pros:

Pool, Frühstück und Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr feucht und muffig (Matratze, Bettwäsche…). Die Handtücher waren teilweise auch dreckig.

Pros:

De gastvrijheid was echt geweldig. De locatie is top en de kamers zijn mooi. Het eten in het restaurant was ook erg lekker. Ze kunnen je overal mee helpen.

Все понравилось, если повторю путешествию в Эллу - остановлюсь еще раз!!!
Pros:

Отель немного подуставший, но персонал полностью восполняет этот небольшой минус!!! Вид из бассейна потрясающий, но будьте готовы к тому, что в Элле в целом немного прохладно и купаться вечером в нем будем не очень комфортно

Cons:

Я бы провела небольшой ремонт в номерах - косметический и немного добавила мяса в завтраки, потому что из мяса были только одни сосиски, которые очень быстро разбирали))

Friendly and clean with unbeatable views
Pros:

Huge room, great views, really clean and super comfy bed! The staff were so lovely and helpful. Very pleased we chose somewhere with a pool!

Cons:

We couldn’t get the water very hot in the shower (but may have been us doing something wrong?) and some of the towels maybe need an upgrade

Pros:

Very well located, only a 10-15 min walk to town and to nice waterfalls! The staff were so nice and very helpful🙏🏼☺️ and very comfortable bed!

Towels could have been cleaner, but overall amazing

Wonderful spot
Pros:

Our room was huge and the view was spectacular. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do and close to the main part for food and drinks at night. The staff were very attentive and kind.

Pros:

Everything, I was very kindly upgraded to a room on the 7th floor, which was large and with the most incredible views. Staff were all super lovely and helpful

Pros:

I have stayed in many hotels in Ella and driven past Misty Hills many times but never considered staying. Now that I have I will never stay anywhere else. We stayed in a very nice room with a balcony and was right next to the pool. The large Queen size bed deserves a special mention due to it being the comfiest I have ever slept on in Sri Lanka in over 20 years.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and even got us some fresh aloe vera for sun burn.
The infinity pool was outstanding and not as cold as I was expecting, you can chill and look at the views from the edge off the pool.
There was secure underground parking where I could safely leave my motorcycle.

Cons:

I really can say there was nothing I didn't like.
