Pros:

The staffs are very helpful and accomodating. Especially Mr Anas at the reception .The waiters Dhani and Danyal too.

It's great value for money, just that the breakfast was almost always cold. Like the idly and nasi goring and even the porridge .
But otherwise great value for money.
I'll certainly look to return again if ever I need to stay in the JB area.
Highly recommended.
Staff also very helpful and friendly.
Maybe extend the shuttle bus service a bit wider areas? Don't mind paying a bit to go further out ...share the cost with other passengers, maybe

It is clean and nice above average hotel. But I won't be going back to this hotel for my next visit.
Pros:

Cleanliness
Free breakfast
Easily accessible to many great places via grabcar

Cons:

There is no swimming pool.

There is only one small restuarant inside the hotel with not much variation and not so consumptious.
