I do not recommend at all!
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, clean, it is perfectly located close to rosebank mall, seamless check in process and the staff are friendly but that is where it ends.

Cons:

Segmentation of offering is really needed for the capital brand. Having stayed at the ones in Sandton and Melrose, we assumed that we would get a consistent experience in Rosebank.

The walls are paper thin and the corridors echo so you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the building. We had folks moving in next door at 6am. One would expect that this only happens once hotel guests have checked out on any given day so we can sleep peacefully. The noise was unbearable and we asked to be moved to another room. This felt more like an adult res, sort of like the road lodge or formula 1 Inn of the Capital chain.

Pros:

The staff starting from the gate were very rude and not helpful ,front desk were lovely and helpful .please do something about your gate people.

Great stay, staff not helpful when requesting invoice for business purposes.
Pros:

Pleasant stay and good facilities and rooms. Check in was smooth and easy. Rooms are clean and location is perfect for Johannesburg and key surrounding areas.

Cons:

Still waiting on tax invoice to submit to our company. They have been little to no help even after phoning several times and being promised to get the invoice. After the invoice was sent incorrectly, there was radio silence from the hotel and reception never returns the call.

The location 👌🏾

Cons:

Somebody got into our room and searched my bags, left my laptop opened.
There was noise the whole night and morning, I couldn’t sleep. Room 417 was the worse I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. 😔
