Shower could take a long time to get warm (about 10 min) and some of the rooms have an decline in the floor, which can be annoying when you sleep with your head down

A Relaxed and Pleasant Stay
Pros:

We had a really good stay here and it felt easy from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to come back to after being out all day. The staff were friendly in a natural way. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, just what we needed to start the day. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay that we were really happy with. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kathmandu.

Lo staff é di una qualità altissima. Sono tutti molto professionali, attenti e gentili. Sempre pronti e disponibili per qualunque necessità.

Cons:

La prima notte abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno, ma in un attirino é stata gestita in modo eccellente.

HOTEL DE 10!!! DESAYUNO INMEJORABLE!
Pros:

Todo es una maravilla, la atención es de 10, el desayuno de 10, habitaciones muy cómodas y la ubicación es inmejorable.
La verdad que te sientes como en casa y super bien cuidado, en dos días volvemos a Kathmandu y ya hemos hecho nuestra reserva, porque volveremos!!

I extended my stay for the second time and the service and the hospitality of the staff as always was very good always ready to help with a smile on their face. Breakfast as always was very good delicious and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here if I ever come to Nepal again.
