⭐ Excellent Hotel & Outstanding Hospitality!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Thamel! The owners and staff are extremely friendly, supportive, and genuinely passionate about customer service. From security and front desk staff to the restaurant team and managers, everyone provides an excellent level of service.

The location is perfect, and the hotel is calm, clean, and peaceful. Even though South Indian food is not normally on their menu, they asked about our preferences and were happy to prepare it for us.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail. We had to leave the hotel at 3 AM, and the hotel contacted us through WhatsApp to arrange a complimentary breakfast packed for us to take to the airport. This is truly exceptional customer service!

If you are looking for a hotel in Thamel, you can choose this place with your eyes closed. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Hotel Tanki in Kathmandu. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and well located, making our visit to Kathmandu very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant.

Our stay at Hotel Tenki was truly exceptional. The room allocated to us was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. WiFi speed was comparatively faster than in the other hotels we stayed at. The staff were particularly polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The reception team were kind and responsive, and the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and beautifully decorated. The hospitality, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. I would highly recommend Hotel Tenki and would happily stay here again.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was genuinely good, and the staff had a very easy way of making guests feel welcome. Nothing felt too formal or overdone, which we really liked. Kathmandu can be quite busy and chaotic, so having a calm place to come back to made a big difference. Even the small things were handled well without us having to ask twice. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend Hotel Tenki Kathmandu.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free tea, coffee, or juice on arrival also when we were leaving at 5am. Best shower for past 4 weeks, Also as we had an early departure they made us a package breakfast.

物超所值的旅館，位在Thamel，附近很多商家、餐廳，生活機能非常好。旅館工作人員都很有禮貌、很親切，老闆更是隨時關心我們住得舒不舒服，有沒有需要改進之處。房間乾淨舒適、採光良好，頂樓可以看到遠山及城景，早餐美味又豐盛。

The location was perfect for us, right in the Thamel, convenient for getting around Kathmandu. What really stood out was the service from the staff. Everyone we met was so polite, friendly, and welcoming, and they genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay feel very special. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu, whether traveling with family, for leisure, or for business.

Great atmosphere and helpful staff, especially front desk. Moreover, they were welcoming us with tea and coffee every day which is impressive. Also morning breakfast is amazing
