Die Lage zur Altstadt ist gut. Zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist zu einem Handwerker - Hotel mutiert. Man hat wenig Ambitionen, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Bei einer Beschwerde über die nächtliche Ruhestörungen auf dem Parkplatz am Hotel (feiernde Monteure) würde am nächsten Morgen nur mit den Schultern gezuckt.

Grote kamers en bedden

Cons:

Ik vond het stoffig onder het bed lag zeker 4 cm stof.
Vligen veel vliegjes/musjes op de kamer.
Zag ook wat langpoot spinnen.
Er zat een keukentje bij nou was ik toch niet van plan het gebruiken maar was heel vies.
Als een andere kamer ging douchen of wc door trok hoorde je in de badkamer bij ons her water omhoog komen.
De kamer heeft duidelijk een opknapbeurt. Maar zeker een poets beurt nodig.

Ihre Mitarbeiter in Ihrem Hause waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. 😃 Die Lage des Hotels ist 1A, kurze Wege führen zum Bhf. Andernach und in das schöne Zentrum von Andernach. Das Hotel wirkt von außen sehr ansprechend und ist sogar mit einem Getränke/Snackautomaten neben dem Hotel ausgestattet.

Cons:

Mir persönlich hat leider nicht besonders gefallen, dass der vorhandene Türgriff kurz vorm abfallen war. Es wäre schön, wenn evtl. das Badezimmer ein bissel auf Vordermann gebracht würde. Die Duschkabine war nicht unbedingt sauber & leider fehlten die unteren Duschlippen, so dass nach einem Duschvorgang, dass Bad unter Wasser stand. Dementsprechend benötigete ich mehrere Handtücher. Ein Seifenspender, sowie ein entsprechendes kleines Handtuch wären ebenfalls ganz fein gewesen.

Schwaches WLAN, Personal nicht besonders freundlich, Wasseranschluss in Dusche vertauscht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist in Ordnung, wenn man die Nähe eines Rewe Supermarktes inklusive integrierter Bäckerei berücksichtigt. Es ist zudem schön ruhig. Außerdem war das Frühstück gut und die Zimmer modern.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich keinen WLAN Empfang in meinem Zimmer und auch nicht im Wintergarten des Frühstücksraums. Meinem entsprechenden Hinweis bezüglich des Zimmers wollte der Rezeptionist nicht glauben; er wirkte leider sowieso tendenziell arrogant. Erst nach einer gemeinsamen Zimmerbegehung war er überzeugt und gab mir ein anderes Zimmer mit WLAN Empfang. Das WLAN war aber insgesamt schwach in dem Hotel. Außerdem waren in diesem Zimmer der Kalt- und Warmwasseranschluss in der Dusche vertauscht und das Waschbecken so konstruiert, dass, obwohl der Abfluss gut funktionierte, immer eine Wasserlache im Becken verblieb. Und schließlich gab mir der Rezeptionist ein Stück Seife in die Hand, da er wusste, dass der Flüssigseifenspender
auf dem Zimmer leer war....
