Pros:

Der var plads og mulighed for at trække sig fra larm og andre.

Cons:

Det var næsten umuligt at slå et telt op til campingvognen.
Det var et stort problem at få lov til at forlade tropical Island da vi skulle hjem den sidste dag. Lang kø og ventetid fordi deres automater ikke virkede.

Omgivelserne indenfor dog lidt for varmt til man ikke er lidt tvunget til at hoppe i badetøjet med det samme for ikke at svede igennem tøjet

Passabel, aber vermutlich kein zweites Mal mehr.

Alle Gebäude/Bistro‘s im Campingbereich geschlossen ohne Vorabinfo.
Sonstige Spielplätze verwahrlost.
Außenbereich unliebevoll gestaltet..

Im TI selbst Toiletten im Spielebereich ungepflegt,
Kaffeeautomaten außer Betrieb (ohne Kennzeichnung - man bezahlt und drückt die Auswahl und Kaffee läuft in die Wasserschale da Becher aus ist)
Shop für Waffeln und Softeis tagsüber geschlossen, weil Ware ausgegangen ist…

Der Platz war sauber und übersichtlich

Cons:

Durch den Umbau der Rezeption, wurden alle im Campingbereich eingecheckt. Das war eine Katastrophe. Überfüllt, lange Wartezeiten.

Der Thermeneingang war genauso überfüllt für Übernachtungsgäste. Während der für Tagesgäste leer war. Nur das bei uns ( Übernachtungsgäste)keine zweite Kasse aufgemacht wurde.

Der Außenbereich wurde über Pfingsten bei 34C und super Wetter vorzeitig geschlossen. Um 17.15 Uhr mussten wir den Bereich verlassen. Obwohl bis 19.45 Uhr ausgeschildert war.
Wir haben einen Aufschlag für die Feiertage gezahlt und trotzdem wurde kein Personal für normale Öffnungszeiten gestellt. Einfach eine Frechheit.
Das Beschwerde Management war unterirdisch.

Personalet i receptionen kunne ikke engelsk og der blev ikke fyldt toiletpapir op så da der ikke var mere lørdag nat blev der ikke fyldt op selvom vi var der til om mandagen.

Ablassstationen / Toiletten-Kassettenautomat defekt , Bistro/ Shop bis auf Weiteres geschlossen - Der nächste Bäcker 15 km entfernt (Hotel bekommt auch Brötchen, Campingplatz anscheinend nicht wichtig genug), Getränke können nur noch alle 45 min trotz Flatrate nachgefüllt werden , EXTREM hohe Preise im Tropical Island für gebotene Qualität, Kaffeeautomaten hauptsächlich kaputt / nicht nutzbar, Viele Spinte abgesperrt / andere einfach kaputt , keine Liegen weit und breit , Busfahrer sehr rasant unterwegs im Shuttleservice
