2 von 3 Fahrstühle waren kaputt, die Zimmerkarte war kaputt, das Zimmer/Bad war dreckig, Rezeption in Ohana nicht besetzt/keine Telefonnummer zur Rezeption am Haupteingang hinterlegt insofern sehr umständlich und weite Strecken und zeitaufwendig bei Problemen von denen es viele gab. Tropical Island selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen - einen Vormittag gab es Probleme, weshalb die Rutschen, Whirlpools nicht funktioniert haben. Alles in allem sehr viel Geld für wenig Erholung und viel Ärger.

Ein Dieb hat unser gesamtes Bargeld aus dem Portemonnaie entwendet – sowohl Banknoten als auch Münzen. Die Sicherheitslage ist äußerst bedenklich, und unsere Reise wurde dadurch erheblich beeinträchtigt und äußerst unangenehm gemacht.

Das essen im sawadee ist zu teuer und hat zu exotische auswahl und zu wenig

Wir haben unser Comfort Zimmer sehr dreckig in Empfang nehmen dürfen. Die Betten waren nicht neu bezogen Fußboden schmutzig. Wir haben uns extra ein Comfort Zimmer ausgesucht-schade.
Die Anlage ist aber sehr schön und es hat Spaß gemacht. Essen ist auch gut und ausreichend gewesen.

Leider waren im Zimmer (Ohana Family) schon einige Kleinigkeiten defekt: Handtuchhaken im Bad aus der Wand gerissen, Türrahmen lose, Temperaturregel defekt (plastik-Verkleidung abrissen, so dass elektrische Kontakte frei zugänglich sind... Gefahr!!!)

Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerdem nicht hinreichend über die Parkplätze und Checkout-Möglichkeiten informiert. So mussten wir unnötige 7 EUR Parkgebühr zahlen und hätten zum Checkout einmal durch die komplette Halle laufen sollen, obwohl man direkt im Ohana auschecken kann.

Check in took more than 1hr in tropical heat
Check in at the hotel part that we stayed at was closed and also breakfast, so we had to walk with the bags up and down in the pool area.
The room was not properly cleaned and there were dust balls on the floor.
Area for the smaller kids (which we have) was under construction and not possible to use.
Worst possible service from the staff & way to much people for what was open.

Plenty of things at the hotel that didn’t work, parkingmachine, Aloha Checkin, automatic checkout (only possible to check out automatic)

Do not visit this scam hotel - not worth it

The dome itself is set out well. Maps identify where all the pools are. There are only one set of showers (that we found!) centrally located.
Food is pricey inside the dome. €2.90 for a doughnut. We opted for the refillable cup €19 from 9am until 11.59pm. You could fill up from various machines every 45minutes. Lots of restaurants we went to Sawadee Buffett was €29 pp. Good selection of food.
The camping area was clean and toilets a short walk away. VERY VERY hot inside the tents and no AC.
Inside the dome was really hot.
The pools are good sizes and when we visited (August) it was busy there was still room. Some longer queues for flumes.
Been once and don’t need to go again.

Leider war der Wasserhahn in der Unterkunft kaputt wie auch die Fernbedienung nur schwer zu bedienen war, aufgrund von leerer Batterie. Der Boden war extrem Sandig. Vor Ort wurde aus alles Geld geschöpft wie beim Buffet 35€ pro Person ohne Getränke und schlechter Qualität. Getränke konnte man sich überlegen einen Tages Becher im Wert von 19€ zu nehmen den man alle 30 min auffüllen konnte. Parken kostet bis zu 7€ täglich ebenfalls extra. Eigene Essen und Trinken mitzunehmen ist nicht erlaubt. Man sollte sich auf extrem lange Warte Zeiten einstellen bei uns 45 min nur für das Check in. Persönliche Meinung viel zu wenig und langsame Mitarbeiter, dafür sehr freundlich. Es war schön einmal das Tropical Island gesehen zu haben jedoch aufgrund von mangelnder Hygiene und weiteren Umständen würde ich nicht noch einmal dieses Besuchen.

Es war wirklich sehr schön dort wir hatten spass und sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Essen war sehr gut unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr Neu. Wir waren sehr begeistert.
