Hotel Asoka Luxury

I booked 13 rooms in thia hotel on the 15th of December. 12 superior room and 1 luxury room. Checked in at 8pm, tired and beat. I specifically asked for non smoking rooms when I booked the rooms.

When I enter my luxury room, 302, it smells like the smoking room at the airport. I made a complain to the reception again. They gave me another room, 402 and told me that fourth floor is the non smoking floor. I opened the door and there I can see 2 ash trays on the table and it smells the same. Then they upgraded me to 502 and it was a little bit better. I did not any upgrade, I just need a non smoking room. Even if it means they need to down grade me. In the end it took me almost 1 hour to check in.

The breakfast was lousy.

Will not stay here again. Never.

I was stay on 10th of Nov, when I arrived the security already gave me good impression in the beginning, fast cek in and friendly reception staff. Thank you mba Shinta for the good service and very helpful

Not recommended...
We stayed for two nights at this hotel for a relative's wedding.
The location was not strategic and the hotel is not worth the price.

The hotel is quite old, the room is smelly, the carpet on the corridor is wet and not clean, even the air con is not working well.

Most of the staff are also not friendly and helpful.

Comes to this hotel with my family and take 2 rooms. First the staff dont understand that I come with my kidos and they have to stay in my next room cause this hotel dont have connecting room. Impression during check in is really out of expectation, reception is not friendly and dont have any flexibility. Stay 3 nights but for the last day they still dont know the rate event so actually I already known the rate from a friend of mine. Their communication need to be adjusted and improve. They ask cash deposit IDR. 100k only for the keys card if I cant return the keys they will charge me and Im thinking how about if I have order room service and it must be can not be room charge. Parking area little bit in outside area of the hotel and thanks GOD that safe. The only good job is FB staff during sahur time when my wife can not joint me to the restaurant coz we have a baby 4 months old and I ask to bring sahur food to the room and honestly im thinking will be the same no flexibility but this guys says OK sir I will bring it up to the room...good job 👍👍👍 if I can remember his name I will

Ok dont expect to much to stay this hotel if you pay less rate...rooms so so, not so clean, and linen not standard, in my room pillow case with no stripe but in kidos room pillow case with stripe. Anyway I choose this hotel just because nearby my aunty house.

A very pleasant stay. The breakfast (buffet) was sure delicious with a lot of different options so don’t worry! The service was also great. The hotel wasn’t located in the main street but it’s not that hard to find. Would definitely love to stay here again.

It was goof to stay, but a little bit far from the city center. The hotel facilities are ok. The hotel staffs are very kind.

When I asked to go to an Indonesian restaurant, the hotel staff kindly showed the direction and provided the motor-bike at a very reasonable cost. It was a nice but precious experience for me.

Unfortunately, the room was not really up to the standards. The bathroom had a bad stench and there was a drainage problem with the wash basin. Though this is a new hotel, it looked as if it's been here for about five years

All in all, I did not dislike my stay as the staff were probably the best I've ever met in hotels

This is not a 3 stars Hotel. Really disappointed staying at this property. 1 week before order via OTA already visit property & asking for NON SMOKING ROOM for date I will stay at that time they promise to give it but when 1st day stay they give me 2nd floor which is a Smoking floor section (with excuse room already clean from smoke) I accept this explanation with regret cause when you not have smoker beside your room then is ok if you having smoker you will get same bad exp like me. Room Facility defect 1/2pk AC in room will need hours to cool down the temp, not have minibar, No swimming pool & No save deposit box (not worth become 3 stars). Same 3 stars hotel like my exp at Santika Cirebon but far behind facility

If you looking for a standard hotel in Bandar Lampung city, Asoka Luxury hotel can be a good consideration for their offer. I stayed for 3 day 2 night. They served many types of breakfast, and still better than budget hotel. If you want to add per person, they also offering a reasonable price for breakfast.

The staff are nice to handle complaint. They also have a spacious room for deluxe twin. Don't worry about the internet, they have free wifi in every places, even you stay in the highest floor.

I recommend this hotel, if you looking hotel with reasonable prices.

Ok... forget the shocking moments....
As a vice versa the staff provide us with the best hospitality ever,... compared to the big city...

They really2 care for us,.. they even provides drinks while we wait...

Overall nice hotel at lampung....

first look at the lobby was so simple design. i really like, enough 'sofa' for waiting, but the check in process was slowly. the superior room was so clean, comfortable. it was really quite place but not far away from the city center. i thought this hotel could be the top on list when we decide to stay in Bandar Lampung

Hotel with name LUXURY but without luxury facilities, like no pools, bathroom with bad door (look like a shop in Indonesia), breakfast is not to much various and 1 more is the located that is not on a main street.

For first time i was stay at Asoka Luxury Hotel on October 01, 2015 with the Type room is Deluxe. My experience stayed in this hotel are very good because Asoka Hotel had Good Services, Very tasty Food Breakfast, Room clean and bright and service fastly and the most thing i got Snack Bar in the room free of charge for this type room. My pleasure for talked with the warmly staff. im sure to stayed back in Asoka Luxury Hotel. im very recommended Asoka Luxury Hotel Lampung.

We came across a last minute deal for the asoka luxury hotel. I think what we paid for the room (330.000 IDR) was fair value for the room.Because the room itself wasn't really special and had some minor defects in finish (such as an electrical socket which came loose from the wall), and the bathroom felt a bit old/ worn down. So we would not pay 700.000IDR or more, but for our price the room was fair value. Clean and basic. Location of hotel is nothing special.

Breakfast buffet is amazing and very extensive. A lot of western choices and a lot of indonesion choices. Both very tasty. Staff in the food corner were really polite and asked for remarks on their food or service to be able to improve in the future. But it was already really good!

During our stay, staff was really helpful and friendly and tried to answer our questions to the best of their knowledge. Due to their help, we were able to travel overland to Jakarta switfly and smoothly.

One last remark: We also booked the room because online it said that check-in was possible from 6am onwards. On arrival at 7.30am, that seemed not to be the case. In the end (after some incidents, e.g. we were given the key to an non empty room at first), they made it happen for us. But if you want an early check-in, make sure to specifically request it.

I interested in Asoka Luxury Hotel when I saw at trip advisor. This hotel is located far from the city, is really suitable for anyone who look for quiteness or company gathering. Even this hotel not running 100% because just run in about a month, but it operates really well. Beware of the mosquitoes in the room and i think they need a little better finishing in the bathroom. I'm sure if Asoka can improve, it can be one of the most looked hotel in Bandar Lampung

actually, i didn't have plan to go there. but i know this hotel is a new hotel in our city. when i entered this hotel, the service is so great. and you know, the foods and beverages in here, awesome! i am gonna back to this hotel soon.
