Room was a little dirty still look to had pet food on the floor still and the shower was dirty with shampoo or something on the floor and wall, the chair in the room had something all over it so did not sit in the chair. Ice machine on the second floor was broken so had to go to the first floor for ice.

Let down in guthrie ok
Pros:

Location close to restaurants

Cons:

Again with the short throw pillows on a king bed,to tired to ask for more,just made due.breakfast needs improvement,looked and tasted left over .

It was comfortable
Cons:

No smoking was bad and then the door right by our room to outside wasn't working correctly. So when we went outside to smoke or take our dogs out we had to prop the door open to get back in instead of walking all the way to the front of the hotel to get back in.

Pros:

The location was perfect as I needed to go back and forth to Langston University. Breakfast was good enough for the few days that I was there. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant as I called at the last minute while en route to request a room for an extra night.

Cons:

The ice machine on the floor that I was on did not work and I had to go downstairs. Considering the way the staff accommodated me in other ways, the ice machine was a minor inconvenience.

Location is good that’s really about all I can say about this property

Cons:

Staff isn't friendly upon check-in. Went to the room. The thermostat didn’t work, so had to manually work the AC. Previous guest who stayed prior to us I assumed accidentally dropped meds on the floor. This is how you know housekeeping doesn’t clean because we found the pill on the floor. The pool never works there. It’s always a maintenance issue. Our room was right above the little canopy upfront. I guess for smokers. Heard loud talking and laughing all night long. I’ll just pay the extra $30 next time and go to the Hampton.
