The breakfast was good but not great. Uncomfortable chair in room.

The eggs were not great.

Air hardly worked my room was not cool, it was 110 degrees outside and the pool was closed for cleaning. The staff was never around no vending machines available. Could not take a card for the beverages and snacks they had up front. But even if I had cash you could not find a worker to be able to by them. It was the worst place I've stayed and I'm glad I was only there for a night. Also I asked for a earlier check in in which I was willing to eat for and they said they could not accommodate my 11am check in time. I thought maybe the hotel was busy a special event or something. Nope just didn't want to.

Room and bedding has a heavy musty smell that never subsided. Poor routine maintenance was evident. Air conditioner never caught up, I understand with outside temps extreme there would be difficulty, yet could never get below 79.
Breakfast was unbelievable and inedible. Fruit was way past unacceptable, resembled what store throw out, biscuits were still near frozen. Raw sausage, pastries and breads goods look like removed from garbage.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. My back hurt so bad. Room took forever to cool. Elevators and hallways smelled.

We are here for multiple days due to our apartment being condemned and us having to stay out of it while repairs are made. We asked for another chair to sit in because sitting on the bed is uncomfortable. We were told there was not another chair we could use. There are plenty of chairs in the lobby area we could have used one of those.

It was not well kept. There was a dried wash cloth from a previous guest hanging on the shower rod when we went to take a shower.

Requires a $100 deposit and charges $20 extra for a dog. It’s understandable, but for that extra money…I’d expect a very clean and well kept hotel. It took us nearly 30 minutes to get into our room because the batteries were dead in the key reader on the room door. Eventually the front desk worker switched our rooms.

Needs paint touch ups on the walls. Remote was sticky, no caulking between the tub and the floor and there was mold/mildew in the grout of the tub, the sink was really slow to drain. Again…if they’re charging a $100 deposit on top of the room rate…I’d expect some pretty clean facilities.
