Not our best stay.
Pros:

Ease of access.

Cons:

The night staff was lacking, no internet, no tv, nothing in their food pantry, excessive banging noise and it just wasn't a good stay. Normally we love it, but not this time.

Pros:

The staff are so friendly! The ladies in the front desk in morning and afternoon shifts were always helpful and accommodating. Plenty of parking and the location is great. I love that the rooms come with a fridge and microwave.

Cons:

The beds feel a little old, house keeping is not daily but the staff was able to accommodate me.

Pros:

Ease of access.

Cons:

No TV, no internet, no help when addressing these issues. Normally we love staying here for a quick trip because of the amazing staff and cleanliness, but we were extremely disappointed this time.

Pros:

Tiffany at the front desk is very pleasant and good at her job. We checked in and were happy with the room/ammenities. We did notice the hotel stated it was a smoke free hotel, however, there were a good amount of smokers standing at the doors and ashtrays right outside the doors. Not a big deal, just noticed. Also when you enter the hallway it is pretty strong with weed smoke smell. We also brought our dog and cleaned up all of her #2’s with the bags provided. Sadly there was a lot of poo in the grassy areas that never got picked up. It was tricky at night. I checked out around 6:30am and dialed “0” at the desk (after saying hello a few times) to reach someone. It rang the whole front area loudly four times. Dialed a second time and the employee popped up from behind the wall from a nap. No hello, no how was your stay just “you’re good to go”. Over all we were happy to find a hotel close to home during a power outage and at a good price. Thank you

A very comfortable and clean hotel with friendly service!
Pros:

The room was great size! I was impressed by the kitchenettes! Full size fridge, real sink, even an actual cook too with 2 burners. It was very clean too! Tiffany was the front desk clerk who checked us in, and she was beyond polite, patient,565120590# and compassionate. We lost power in the big storm for more then 24 hours and needed a warm place to stay with the dogs and shower, and had lost all our food. She made it so easy, and even checked in on us multiple times to see if we were ok and needed anything. Thank you so much Tiffany for your kindness in our time of need, you made the difference! ❤️❤️She was so amazing I ended up referring multiple neighbors who came to stay as well.

My place
Pros:

My husband and I were here a few years ago...... I remeber I loved it here....I cant say enough good things about Tiffany at the front desk she has helped me and answered any questions I have had.......our power went out after the wind yesterday and with 3 kids and my mom who is ill this was perfect! Clean has a fridge stove microwave refrigerator! And we love a bathtub!.....I cant say enough how nice it is here and the beds are so comfy! They have snacks and other things like drinks and razors deodorant anything you need! I def wont be going anywhere else!
