Mostly clean
TV and coffee maker did not work. Front desk unavailable to provide toilet paper and a blanket. Cold shower. No luggage racks available.
David bates is hands down the best valet in the state if not the country always in a good mood and always willing to help someone out and gets your car to you asap

The property was very nice loved the view of where my room was. The staff was very nice and wonderful and even after being on the road all day and night the young lady was nice enough for me to check in at 4am
The only thing I didn't like about the property was I wasn't able to take my breakfast up to the room most hotels I stay at we are able to take the food up to the rooms

It was a convenient location for Emory hospital.
The room didn't have a tv remote, which lead us to search the room for it. We found x-rated items from the previous guests under the chairs. To add to the questionability, there were roaches!!!!

Dave is an absolutely amazing person! He was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond.
While checking in at the Crown Plaza Atlanta Midtown, we were greeted by Mr. David Bates, IV, valet agent. He was courteous, friendly, and informative. We valued his candidness and forthrightness. He took care of our vehicle and baggage with efficiency. Soon, we considered him a friend in a strange town.
While checking out, we received exceptional service from another company employee.
I highly recommend this company for its high-caliber personnel.
Front desk team was sweet and very helpful from start to finish. We had issues w housekeeping not bringing towels that we requested the first two days we were there but overall everything else was good. The staff at both restaurants and the coffee shop were very nice and helpful. The Valet’s Sam and David were so helpful. We took multiple Ubers in our 5 days and they were always there to assist. Lobby was also very comfy and I was able to get work done comfortably outside of the room. Thanks again to Sam & David!
