A lovely hotel stay in Old San Juan
Pros:

The location is excellent. Located in Old San Juan. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. Good air conditioning.

Cons:

When I went to adjust the shower head before taking a shower, it came completely off. However, the hotel owner took care of it immediately. He replaced it with another one which worked well. In the middle of the night, a fire alarm went off which was very startling. The alarm may have been faulty. It only stayed on for a moment, but disturbed our sleep.

great location, responsive staff
Pros:

the location was excellent, as was the responsiveness of the staff. i had a few questions before arriving and they answered promptly and were very helpful. super helpful on restaurant and salsa dancing recommendations. helpful and attended to me when i couldn't figure out the tv. the AC worked great, good water pressure in the shower, comfy beds and pillows.

they advised that they were undergoing renovations, that will not fix the noise from the street.

location was good. Walkable to sites and restaurants.

Cons:

cold water shower. Our quiet room featured loud music, motorcycles, and car alarms ALL NIGHT.
