The staff was most accommodating and prone to serve & help.
Pros:

The location is in the heart of OSJ, the rooms are very large and comfortable, air conditioning was perfect and you can adjust it in your room.

Cons:

It’s pricey, however for a special occasion it’s worth it.

Very good and comfortable stay, having a terrace is a must!
Pros:

Location was central. I loved having the terrace with a table and chairs to sit on in the evenings.

Cons:

I don’t understand the whole idea of adding a resort fee. I would not consider this hotel a resort, but maybe this is an American/ Puerto Rican thing I don’t understand because I haven’t experienced this anywhere else.

A lovely hotel stay in Old San Juan
Pros:

The location is excellent. Located in Old San Juan. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. Good air conditioning.

Cons:

When I went to adjust the shower head before taking a shower, it came completely off. However, the hotel owner took care of it immediately. He replaced it with another one which worked well. In the middle of the night, a fire alarm went off which was very startling. The alarm may have been faulty. It only stayed on for a moment, but disturbed our sleep.

great location, responsive staff
Pros:

the location was excellent, as was the responsiveness of the staff. i had a few questions before arriving and they answered promptly and were very helpful. super helpful on restaurant and salsa dancing recommendations. helpful and attended to me when i couldn't figure out the tv. the AC worked great, good water pressure in the shower, comfy beds and pillows.

Ideal Location
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room.

Cons:

It was noisy outside our window at night, but I realize that the hotel is in the Old Town tourist area.
