Went for a nice evening drink and dinner on the roof top bar with another couple. Experience was good until we ordered. They us a QR code to see menu and order, which is fine. We were ordering at the same time, his order went through and food was served promptly but mine didn't go through two minutes after he ordered. Tried several times and then asked for assistance. The waitress could not get it to work and told me I would have to go to the bar to order, a minor inconvenience. When I went to the bar he said their system is down and there is no way to order, I said why don't you just directly communicate with the kitchen, but he said he couldn't do that, which I found hard to believe. I then went down to the front desk and they said there was no way to order. REALLY? After our friends finished their dinner and the system still down, we had to leave for another restaurant and they were very busy, but hustling, but still it took over 2 hours to finally eat from our attempt to order from the Indigo roof top bar. I talked to an assistant manager today to tell him they need to figure out an over ride or manual system, and he said there was no way to charge. At that stage they should have said meals are complimentary until the system goes back up or even a cash only would have been fine. He just kept saying we tried our best, and I said you need to figure this out and be better. I expect better from IHG, never offered me any form of compensation to try us again, and oh, BTW, I had a tab open at the bar, maybe they could had added the meal to that? Or maybe not charged me for my drinks? VERY DISSAPOIONTED AND PERPLEXED!
Location was perfect for enjoyingTC, especially for the Cherry Festival. The rooftop bar had beautiful views and friendly staff. In the downstairs restaurant/bar, the bartender was great.
We waited 30 minutes for our simple breakfast to be brought, and unfortunately had to leave to get to the airport before it came.
Hotel says it is dog friendly, however there is NO dedicated pet relief area on the hotel property which is on a very busy highway in a very high traffic area.

Great location near the Cherry Festival and Clinch Beach....all within easy walking distance.
Parking is all valet parking and you are charged $18 per day for parking on top of what you tip the attendants.

For the amount we paid we were highly dissatisfied. Two nights and we couldn’t even get room service after even speaking to the lady saying we would be out in 10 minutes. So we called later that evening for extra towels. The hotel didn’t staff employees properly, people included ourselves weren’t able to get breakfast because she was “ by herself” and wouldn’t be able to get to us. Rooftop was slammed with no service at the table anymore only QR code with limited options for food, they blocked off only a very small portion of hotel guest so it was impossible to get a table. Also staying at the hotel and still paying and tipping valet ? Overall pretty upset about the whole experience and will not return. We did let the staff at the front desk know as well and recommended we contact booking for some type of compensation.

My room was under the rooftop bar/restaurant. No one ever mentioned the DJ playing EDM until 12:00am.

also at checkout I had valet get my car, they just left it in the driveway, was hoping for help with my luggage but it was never offered.

The room was well put together. Nice amenities and super clean. The location was exceptional, right on the water and across from a marina.
There was a lot to like. Clean, friendly and decor.
I paid $40 for the breakfast to be included and it was a choice of 1 entire off the menu. The food off the menu was not good. Tasted like frozen food and with no flavor. For $40 we could have gone to a nice upscale brunch restaurant. Was expecting a lot more. Would have been cheaper to order off the menu then to add breakfast to my stay.

Breakfast at the restaurant wasn’t worth the money. I couldn’t even drink the coffee!
