Excellent Experience
Pros:

I recently had major surgery and cannot climb stairs. Somehow my request for a ground floor got lost in the shuffle. But upon check in we were switched to ground floor with no problems. Room was spacious, clean, and handicap accessible.

Lack of customer service, very unprofessional.
The room smelled like cigarette smell.
I don’t smoke, so this was a terrible experience for me.
The reservation was clearly for a non-smoking room.
I will never ever stay there again in my life.
