Our family had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel, all the staff are very friendly, accommodating, as a first time traveling to macau the Filipino guy (sorry we forgot his name) provided everything we should know guides and tips to visit. Thank you guys for making my mom birthday extra special ;)

Hotel is okay but 1) they did not prepare an extra bed even when seeing that we are 3 travelers and they know the age of the kids is over 10 years old … we had to upgrade to a more expensive room to get the third bed

Convenient , there are public buses stop and terminal nearby.
Bed is extremely big, and the city view is nice.
Walk in wardrobe is a plus point too.
And is good to have a hotel which no casino, since not everyone came for gambling.
But breakfast is really so so.

Like the cleaniness and the view from the rooms. Took too long for ordering a taxi. Hope there's Uber or Lyft running here.
*Love the quality of services from all staff levels.
*Hope the hotel shuttle goes to the Macau airport.

This is one of the best hotel we stayed in. The room is well equipped and super cozy. Closet even had a flash light and an umbrella. Very modern and thoughtful design overall. Besides the bed being a bit smaller than a typical queen size, this is the best hotel I ever stayed in. Highly recommend!
