Great Owner
Pros:

We just stayed there for one night, but the Owner helped really well for organising/scheduling/ advice related events and activities

Một nhà nghỉ lừa đảo .
Pros:

Địa điểm khá tốt, nhưng ngõ hẹp đi lại bất tiện

Cons:

Tôi đặt phòng 2 người không có trẻ em giá 477.000 đ .
Vậy mà khi đến.nhận phòng chủ nhà nghỉ giở trò nói là phòng chỉ giành cho 1 người. Nếu ở hai người phải thêm tiền . Ép tôi phải trả 600.000 đ mới cho nhận phòng.
Đây là nhà nghỉ chủ nhà khốn nạn nhất , cần xoá bỏ trên hệ thống để những những khách như tôi rất bức xúc mất niềm tin vào hệ thống.

결제도 끝난 예약을 확인이 안된다며 빈방도 없는 일이...
Pros:

예약을 해놓고 갔는데 예약 확인이 안된다고 해서, 늦은 시간에 한참을 얘기하다가, 숙소도 빈방이 없다고 해서 결국 다른 곳으로 숙소를 옮겨줬습니다. -.-;; 나름 레이크사이드뷰로 추가 비용을 내고 예약을 했던건데 아무 의미도 없었고, 임시로 옮겨준 방은 화장실과 욕실이 좁고 지저분해서 매우 불쾌했습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 예약한 것이 확인이 안된다고 하면 호텔스닷컴도 믿을 수가 없으니 자세한 내용 확인 조치 바랍니다. -.-;;

Pros:

알고 가기는 했지만, 계단을 뱅글뱅글 돌아서 올라가는 숙소는 오르고 내리기 힘들었습니다. 함께 간 일행 예약 확인이 안되어서 한참 고생을 했는데, 막상 숙소도 추가요금을 지불하고 좋은 곳으로 예약한 것과 상관없이 임의로 배정이 되었습니다. -.-;; 호텔스닷컴에서 예약이 확실하게 정리되지 않는 느낌이 들어서, 이번 예약은 매우 실망스러웠습니다. -.-;

저렴한 가격, 편리한 위치
Pros:

저렴한 가격으로 묵을 수 있었어요. 레이크뷰로 가격을 더 주고 예약했는데 패밀리룸은 레이크뷰가 없대요. 레이크뷰는 높은 층에 있다고 배려하듯 3층으로 배정해줬습니다. 그 부분 제외하고는 괜찮아요. 호수랑 정말 가깝고 움직이기 편했어요.
마담문호텔 바로 옆에 있는 골목 안에 게스트하우스 있으니 찾아가실 분은 잘 찾으시길 바랍니다.

Pros:

Hotel très bien placé, dans le centre effervescent de Hanoï. Les chambres des 5ème et 6eme étages ont vue sur le lac. Attention, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Les chambres font moins des 25m2 annoncés. La salle de bain est propre et la douche est séparée des toilettes ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans les hôtels de ce budget.

夜のチェクインは勧めません
Pros:

飛行機が2時間遅れて、23時過ぎにチェックインでカウンター行きましたが、部屋が一杯なのか、予約ノートにも反映されてなく、5分ほど歩いた別のところに移動。
ちなみにそこは部屋も大きく、綺麗で良かったが、たらい回しで30分はロスしたので夜の20時前後で空港着の方には勧めません。

一緒のタイミングで、ブッキングドットコムできた西洋人も、予約反映されてなく、同じホテルに回されました。

おそらくここはホテルに問題あるのだと思います。

Give me back my money
Pros:

Before I book a hotel, I called in advance and asked them can we check in early because I arrive early from sapa.
They answered ok. surelu I told them my arrival time and so on. so i booked a hotel and visit this hotel. When i arrived this hotel, staff said there's no room. if you wanna check in, visit 11am.
I couldn't any choice, and i couldn't cancel this hotel.
So i requested to cancel my booking. They said I will let you know later.
But they didn't call me. It's cheating. Bad experience in ha noi!!!!
