Nice and clean just at the airport
Nothing special
The toom had a very bad odour that triggered my daaughters asthma. We later fiund out that it was a per friendly floor. This was not disclosed to us. The room smelled like urine. It was fross and not worrh the money.
The smell in the toom wad very bad. It should have been disclosed that this was a pet friendly floor. We were not advised of those and itbtriggered my daughter asthma . This is not okay.
Cost! I just got the final bill, my mistake I assumed it was $286
Breakfast was really good!
Close to the airport, comfortable beds and a walk-in shower.
All was great!!!
Not up to typical Holiday Inn Express standards. Problems started with check in, we arrived close to 5 pm and were told our room had not been inspected yet. We were asked to wait in the breakfast area. About 30 mins later I went back to the front desk and were given the keys and told that they had forgot we were waiting. We got to the room and found it to be clean and comfortable. However he next few days we found housekeeping to be inconsistent with various items left out such as tissue. One day the dirty towels were simply hung back up on the rack. Another day the bathroom floor was sticky. The shower was great though. But breakfast was hit and miss, often no room to sit and out of cinnamon buns and sausages often. Fruit was lacking. Floor in the breakfast area was sticky and the booth chairs were badly stained. Also, the bed was very soft - ok if you like it that way but terrible for a back sleeper.
Okay. Later the egg dish was a bit rubbery. On the early day, very nice.
Lighting in the bathroom was poor. Difficult to see reflection. Had to use mirror in entry way to deal with hair.

We spent my nephew’s birthday here. The 2 Queen Suite was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children.
Our room came with free breakfast. The maple-shaped pancakes were a hit for the kids. For the adults, we loved the variety — not that plenty but, a good mix of bread and jam, fruits, cereals, yogurt, egg, beans, sausages and hash browns or taters.
They offer free-flowing tea and coffee anytime of the day. The breakfast area transforms into a common area to bond with friends or do work.
The heated pool area provides a relaxing vibe especially during winter.
There is coin-operated laundry. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are available for purchase at the front desk.
