New clean hotel, need some small maintenance to be good. Will not return for awhile

New and clean

Cons:

Possibly the worst night sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The wall mount ac was not sealed and the wind was whistling in all night quite loud. Not impressed

I broke my let 4 days before the stay, upon arrival at the hotel, they provided me with a wheelchair

Nice clean place, close to the airport/ free shuttle. Would have preferred the second bed to be made

Overall negative and felt as if I was judged off of my race and appearance.
Pros:

Nothing in particular.

Cons:

The staff felt really rude and dismissive of me.
It felt like they didn't respect me because I naturally look younger and am Asian.
They often didn't take my requests right away or left me for last. Also they were just not friendly towards me in general.
