Nothing to like. The property is filthy and none of the facilities work.
It’s called a luxury houseboat but that’s a joke.
The boat was run down.
Torn sofas in living area.
Stained curtains, STAINED BLANKETS, STAINED TOWELS.
No hot water.
BAD food and limited options.

It was clean and tidy room with beautiful view. All was good except one very small disappointing I read on website, free shuttle service, but on reaching their we were told that they will charge Rs. 250.
Easy access, prompt pick up from airport, very good team of staff to help.
Everything was really great other than the outside atmosphere felt a little scary because it was very dimly lit. Some lights in the hallways would make it feel much better. However, the staff were super kind, efficient, and helpful. We got a wake-up call and a 4:30am airport drop with no delays or issues. The room was VERY nice, clean, and felt like a home. I would highly recommend staying here.

The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom had AC and it was 103 outside so I was very grateful for that. The room was clean, the service was great and so was the price.

We stayed here out of location convenience with a late flight. The hotel arranged an airport pickup for us, and the hotel facilities were adequate. We felt the bed was quite hard and not to our liking. The shower was hot, but took a few minutes to figure out getting the water pressure set up. A/C was functional, but only in the room, the rest of the hotel was a sauna. Restaurant was empty- the front desk told us it was open, but apparently we arrived between meal service...so menu options were very limited for us. Not a stellar experience, but adequate for the night. It served its purpose.
Average stay. Hotel is good for overnight stay when halting for the night between flight transfers.
Nothing fancy here. Its all right for the price. Close to the airport is what made us stay while returning back from Munnar to catch our next day flight. Service was little slow, had to ask multiple time for things to get them. But over all its decent, clean for the price you pay

If you have an early morning flight out of Cochin/Kochi then this is the perfect hotel for you. It is literally 3 minutes away from the airport and they do offer a free ride to the airport if you request upon check-in. There is a restaurant located within the hotel and a spa for some relaxation. But if you are expecting to take a stroll into a city don't bother - there is nothing worth seeing near the hotel other than the airport.... Close to nothing else but the airport. Also, side note - I took an Uber from Angmaly Train Station to the Hotel... Uber says it's only 70 Rupees - but what they don't tell you is that there are aiport tolls that totaled like an additional 200 rupees... not right uber.
