Unprofessional and Shameless
Pros:

They called and cancelled my booking. Last minute I had to find another hotel. Worst experience

Cons:

Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting hotel. Never want to stay here. I will recommend everyone to not visit this property

Good staff, good chef but the property needs overall improvement and extensive maintenance

Great location but comes with surprises
Pros:

The location and approach is nice, away from bustling traffic

Cons:

TBH, I found this property as being run with low or no maintenance on many aspects including amenities, facilities within and outside room, food as well as comfort. The room's AC control was broken and was unable to use it due to same reason, though staff did help with room heater. The TV remote batteries were missing too

Pros:

This was my second time in same hotel. First time it was very good condition. However this time not cleaned not in good condition. Bathroom was not cleaned. Door lock is broken
