Very bad, terrible, a waste of money.
Pros:

I will like only room size , location , clean bedsheets

Cons:

Terrible room service, incredibly foolish and shameless staff who lie constantly; they tarnish the reputations of both the Ramada brand and Booking.com. The staff—especially the room service team—are completely devoid of manners. Dirty bathroom, broken bathroom door frame, filthy walls—it was an absolute hellhole.

Great property untrained staff .
Pros:

I didn't like anything much.
The breakfast was average. The staff are untrained and too many local staff.

Cons:

The front desk manager was hopeless. He told me on 9 October that there is only one room booked. We were pani ked and we did the booking again when we arrived he realised his mistake but was not apologetic. Morning when I asked for newspaper he told me today is Sunday . No news paper. We checked out at 12 noon but he didn't make any attempt to get the paper.
I think his salary is low. He doesn't take any interest in his work.

Staff was courteous.

Cons:

Poor breakfast options. Food ordered was never upto the mark and they couldn't follow basic requests of low spice food inspite of reminders.
No hand towels and bath mat given.
Tea, coffee, water , towels nothing was being replenished regularly and needed repeated reminders for the same.
Bathroom was dilapidated, drain was choked and the full bathroom got wet due to that.

Unprofessional and Shameless
Pros:

They called and cancelled my booking. Last minute I had to find another hotel. Worst experience

Cons:

Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting hotel. Never want to stay here. I will recommend everyone to not visit this property

Good staff, good chef but the property needs overall improvement and extensive maintenance

Present chef Raju prepares very good food & the staff is very nice

Great location but comes with surprises
Pros:

The location and approach is nice, away from bustling traffic

Cons:

TBH, I found this property as being run with low or no maintenance on many aspects including amenities, facilities within and outside room, food as well as comfort. The room's AC control was broken and was unable to use it due to same reason, though staff did help with room heater. The TV remote batteries were missing too
