Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

The hotel is huge and mostly empty.
There are no escalators going down. You must carry the luggage.

This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this.

Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively.

Listing of the property is far away from the reality!
The apartment was not clean , not enough hot water.
Most of the inventory was very old not functioning!
No parking at all!
Everything was icy and not treated/ very slippery and not safe!

I had boked the transfer from the airport through the hotel but they had not made any arrangement for my arrival which they knew would be outside of the stated reception time. If my taxi driver had not know who to ring I don't know if would have had a bed for the night. Eventually I was shown to my room by the man on the car park gate. I was there in early July which is out of their main season. This meant that the restaurant and spa were closed. I was not told about this until after I had made the booking. The staff had not been briefed and were unable to say where the nearest restaurant was. The lady I was asking at reception did her best and phoned some one to find out. I was in an apartment but there were no grocery stores near by and if there had have been then the kitchen was not at all well stocked with pots and pans to do any cooking. On the up side the staff were very pleasant. I would be careful about visiting off season as the place had a deserted feel and I was told that there were no taxis available when I wanted to go to find a food shop.

It was hot and clean apartment. The beds were not comfortable.

Fantastic location. Staff on the front desk were really helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall everything was good, i think the rooms need some refreshments. We were on 5ft floor and shower pressure was quite low. Also the lady from spa reception didn't want to let us in at 830 pm, when it was stated on the door that they should work till 9 pm. Swimming pool water was cold around 27°C , which is not really suitable for young kids.

We had an accident with broken glass in our appointment and the Reception response really quickly, the cleaning lady came on the 2nd minute.
Overall we are happy with the hotel

The appartment was big, spacious with 2 bathrooms only one has heating system so we use obly one. For both rooms have some problems with windows, in two days was a very big wind in the night so we felt also the wind in rooms even the i tried to close them very good.
After 6 nights in this appartmwnt let's say that my familly was satisfied with all the conditions.

Huge complex with lots of amenities and conveniently located

Clean room and nice staff, especially in the restaurant at the top of the escalators. The bed was quite old so not the most comfortable and shower water goes all over the bathroom so you have to be careful not to slip. Really good location, next to a shop and short walk to the slopes and bars/restaurants.

It was the low season, the hotel was almost empty and the spa and other entertainment facilities did not function. Although this was written in the description on the internet, the receptionist called to inform us. We were fine with that and enjoyed a pleasant stay. The apartment had a large sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a bedroom and two bathrooms. It was convenient, very well heated and clean. The double bed had two separate mattresses, but was otherwise comfy.
