The room itself was very spacious, huge bathroom with great shower. Very comfortable bed . Breakfast was delicious- cooked to order.

Excellent accommodation, easily 9 out of 10, with genuinely outstanding staff whose friendliness and professionalism deserve a full 10 out of 10. Special mention to Maisy and Kat, who were fantastic.
The evening meal was superb, and the room was exceptionally well equipped, with ironing facilities, a hairdryer, proper cups for tea and coffee, and thoughtful attention to detail.
Excellent, secure parking and a location that felt very safe. As someone travelling on business, these things make a real difference. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, and somewhere I would happily return to.
The only slight drawback was the proximity of the beer garden to the guest rooms. Conversations from people outside were quite loud during the evening, although, to the property's credit, the noise stopped promptly at 11pm. A relatively minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

Room was right by beer garden which had constant music playing.

The staff were so polite and on the ball on the Thursday night but the experience on the Friday was completely different. We had to ask to have our food order to be taken, water for the table and finally a night cap. We put this down as a one off, as we have already booked for 2027

It was really nice. Large bedrooms with plenty of space. All bedrooms on ground floor which was so helpful.
I would have given a rating of 5 but unfortunately we had quite a bad flood from the shower which meant the whole of the bathroom floor became one large puddle. I thought I’d cleaned it up but in the middle of the night when I needed the bathroom I was again paddling in water. Not safe. I gather there are problems with the drains but in that case either check the showers before renting out the rooms, or get the drains fixed before checking the rooms and renting them out. This also meant we used up all the towels just mopping up water so had to manage with one towel between the two of us. The staff were very good though in trying to sort the problem straight away although I do feel this is an issue which should have been checked beforehand, maybe between change of guests!
Excellent location to go to the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Room very comfortable.
