Bonjour quand j’avais inscrite sur booking j’ai demandé une chambre vue sur la ville après j’étais vraiment surpris….😯 ils m’ont donné le contraire j’étais vraiment dessus 😡😡

The dinner buffet was not that nice but the breakfast buffet was better.
The Room was nice and spacious, that's it, the toiletries was missing, not even a water glass to put my toothbrush in. Nowhere where to hang face towel.
The check in was way too slow, asked me to fill up lots of paperwork as if I was buying a house! The room was not ready despite being 3pm local time. Dust in the room, the breakfast buffet was awful and inedible, not even a toaster to toast your bread, no orange juice despite being the best season for oranges, coffee was dreadful coming out of an old machine, pastries were disgusting, and the chef couldn't even cook 2 eggs! The Spa facilities were awful, basically there are none, guests of the hotel playing loud mobile phone sound in the Spa relaxation area, no bathrobes, unbelievable!! I will give it 3 star at best, and I'm being very generous, whoever wrote a good review about this hotel, either they never travelled before and do not know what 5 star really mean, or they got paid to write a positive review.
Professional service mostly. Lots of staff but some don’t know the right info. Gave us wrong time on breakfast causing us to miss it. Osama restaurant supervisor did his best to accommodate us (well done) however you could see the cooks bad attitude (not good).
Rooms looking at the city have the most amazing view. They are very well decorated and with lots of space. Super comfortable. Would definitely go back.
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because ALL the staff should have knowledge of everything and the cooks showed bad attitude.

A very large and impressive Hotel with all the amenities you would anticipate
L’hôtel juste magnifique.
La chambre était parfaite dommage qu’elle sentait la cigarette.
On avait demandé une chambre non fumeur.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel 15 à 30 mn en voiture de la ville et des sites touristiques.
L’odeur de la cigarette froide dans la chambre.
Petit déjeuner à améliorer.

Malgré une très belle salle de bain, impossible de régler la température de l eau.
