O hotel é lindo e bem cuidado, com funcionários prestativos e educados. A área da piscina irá passar por reformas e com certeza voltarei, pois se já wr bom vai ficar melhor ainda.

Gotei do café da manhã e dos funcionários, tirando o gerente que foi muito debochado

Para começar aluguei exclusivamente este hotel pela piscina climatizada, mas ao chegar no hotel foi me dito que a piscina estava em manutenção, ao questionar o gerente ele foi muito mal educado e debochado dizendo que não tinha nada o que poderia fazer ,me senti enganado e lesado ,visto que no site da velinn esta dizendo que tem piscina e que ela fica aberta o ano todo .
Alugamos um quarto com duas suítes, já no primeiro dia o chuveiro da minha sogra não esquentava,ao invés de nos trocar logo de quarto deram uma arrumadinha ,além disso colchões muito moles e velhos , ,muito desconfortável não conseguimos dormir na primeira noite ,,no segundo dia o chuveiro não esquentava de novo ,assim nós ofereceram para mudar de quarto ,a suíte para qual fui enviado era muito velha ,carpetes totalmente velhos e manchados e o banheiro muito velho ,se tomassem banho sem chinelo perigo de pegar tétano de tanto que o ralo estava enferrujado
Além disso o bosque estava cheio de folhas ,totalmente abandonado .
Concluindo total decepção com este hotel .

Bom custo beneficio mas o hotel precisa de reforma.

Cafe da manhã muito bom e boa localizacao. O espaco total do hotel é agradavel.

Cons:

Instalações antigas e mal cuidadas nos apartamentos. Salão de jogos com raquetes de ping-pong quebradas. Quarto com macaneta armario faltando, carpete puído. Banheiro com piso manchado. Piscina estava com agua meio turva.
