Clean, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The view was exceptional and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for my dog. I especially liked that they brought us a large crate for when we left our little dog. She is not used to being crated but I felt especially good leaving her knowing that she was secure in an unknown place ...and that we could leave her (many hotels do not allow that). That was a load off of my mind. We also loved the balcony, the fireplace and super short walk to the beach.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was very low. The TV was also useless. I never found anything to watch on the local channels and there were no national channels to watch. I also did not want to sign into my streaming accounts (others had signed in and their account was still active on one platform).

Great location and amenities!
Pros:

It was very well appointed: stove, fridge, sink and all glassware, plates, and utensils. The bed was comfortable and they provided dog bowls and treats. The grounds were well kept and I liked the fact it was not a large complex.

It was VERY well located for Tolovana Park and the beach. My room had an ocean view and it was easy to walk across the road and go to the ocean. There’s a very nice grocery store next door and on the other side a good restaurant.

Cons:

The room was a little crowded but you can’t get all those amenities and extra room without building a suite! And most of us don’t go to the beach to sit in a motel room!

Pros:

Stunning view of Tolovana park and the coast. Staff were incredibly helpful, worked out a late checkout so I could stay and watch the king tides from the balcony, and gave recommendations on dining in town.

Cozy beach hotel
Pros:

Cozy hotel. Few steps away from the beach. Rooms are nice the fireplace is the star. It was perfectly clean. Very kind staff. We stayed 2 night in Jan 2026 lucky to say we had sunny day in winter.
