Our stay was fabulous here, we will definitely be back when it’s warmer so we can use the outdoor facilities!
Pros:

This hotel was so adorable inside and out! There were painters and piano players in the lobby at different times, the Santa concert was awesome and cookies every night at 8 pm!

Cons:

The ONLY thing that wasn’t fabulous were the pillows were super uncomfortable, so bring your own:)

It was our 1 year anniversary such a great way to celebrate

All the staff was exceptional especially the staff in the breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed talking with the lady cleaning tables in the dining area she was so sweet.

The staff was excellent. The room was great. It was clean. Decorated beautifully. The tub was great. Breakfast was delicious. The omelet and the person (i can't remember his name) making it was excellent. Inis did a great job keeping the tables and seatting area clean. The lights were fantastic. The gentlemen attending the doors were very nice. The Christmas music was nice. The elevators sounding like a train awesome. It was all the little things from the prints on the wall to the decorated trees to the outside to Santa to the machine taking our picture made the stay memorable.

Cons:

The refrigerator had water on the bottom. The furniture shows signs of being worn. I tried to reduce the stay 1 day thru booking.com. They never received the change so we had to pay for the day we wanted to leave. We ended up staying and it worked out fine.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Good selection. On monday donuts were not fresh. All else very good

Cons:

The only improvement i could suggest is the water pressure was really low. Difficulty in rinsing out my hair. Also the shower head is made for a giant.

We enjoyed everything about Christmas Inn. Beautiful place, clean excellent breakfast nice rooms beautiful decorations wonderful staff. My grand daughter loved the pool area . I recommend this to all my family and friends. Best restort I have ever stayed in. Very nice gentlemen at the front door greeting you with a smile coming and going.♥

Welcome Home!!

My wife and i came for the second time now.
Its difficult to make the drive from Pennsylvania.
She's had health issues over the years.
I surprised her this time, we were on our way to Alabama to see the grand kids.
It was dark on our way to the hotel and she had no idea where we were going. She slept alot of thr way. We pulled up to the hotel and she couldn't believe her eyes. Her favorite place!! Happy tears!! Priceless moment!!
We talked to many folks in just the one day we were here.
Many people drove from hours away because they had an experience like no other their first visit.
And They keep coming back.
If you continue to deliver at this same level you will continue to be successful on so many different ways.
