Schöner Aufenthalt - tolle Lage - freundliches Personal. Würden wir weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage um die Altstadt zu Fuss zu erreichen. Alles sehr zentral gelegen. Parkhaus im gleichen Gebäude. Schöne Terrasse.

Good hotel in wonderful location.
Pros:

Excellent location with lift direct to old town and car park. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast with dishes promptly filled.
We had the grand deluxe double room which had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine - brilliant!
Lovely views of the castle from our room and the general terrace.

Cons:

The room cleaning was somewhat random with used towels and face cloths removed but not replaced and shower not cleaned.

Pros:

Läget mitt i stan , historisk miljö

Cons:

Jättevarmt på rummet , det fanns en fläkt men det hjälper inte när det är över 30 grader ute .
Luftkonditionering behövs .

Nettes Hotel direkt unterhalb dem Schloss mit kurzen Wegen in die Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels am Rande der Altstadt und direkt unter dem Schloss ist hervorragend. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist die Tatsache, dass sich das Hotel im siebten Stock des Gebäudes befindet und man immer mit dem Aufzug hochfahren muss. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Schlossbahn, in den Etagen darüber befindet sich ein Parkhaus und dann kommt der Hotelbereich. Fürs Parken im Parkhaus gibt es einen Rabatt vom Hotel. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und auch von unserem Zimmer direkt auf das Schloss war fantastisch. Auch die kurzen Weg in die Altstadt sind sehr positiv.
Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich und erhielten sogleich viele Tipps und Hinweise zu Heidelberg.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war vollkommen ausreichend, der Kaffee schmeckte gut. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es nur einen schmalen Kleiderschrank mit Wäschestange, aber sonst keinerlei Möglichkeit, die Kleidung zu verstauen. Bei nur zwei Nächten war das kein Problem, wir ließen die Sachen im Koffer, aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre das schon ungünstig.
Im fensterlosen Badezimmer war es etwas eng, die Ausstattung ist hier schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war okay.

Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Room was pretty standard sized for Germany. We
Loved the terrace and the fan! Breakfast was a continental style that was very good.

Cons:

Internet service in the room (#4) did not exist. We could log on outside the room but were logged off when we went inside the room.

Pros:

Great location below the Heidelberg Schloss. Beautiful view from the roof terrasse/breakfast area to the surrounding historic Heidelberg cityscape. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
