Everything was perfect, comfortable, stylish and peaceful. Excellent staff went above and beyond to help us make our stay exceptional
Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful gardens
The property is absolutely amazing and well kept. We stayed 4 days in the green room: a true gem, extremely clean, decorated with impeccable taste and an amazing private terrace facing the pool and the garden, felt like being in the jungle!
The maison feels more like a home than a hotel, the perfect quiet and relaxing spot to recharge after a long day. The restaurant serves great food, among the best we had in our stay at Siem Reap.
The service is top notch, all staff are extremely kind and discrete and will make you feel like home since moment 1.
If in doubt, book this place!
Nothing, everything is perfect.
The property was a little haven that we came back to after exploring each day, set in a beautifully landscaped lush garden with 2 resident bunnies much to the delight of my kids. It’s tastefully designed and decorated. The hotel was really the star of our trip.
I travelled alone with 2 kids, and the staff were extremely attentive and kind with helping me and making our stay relaxing and memorable.
The food was fantastic, the massages great, the tuk tuk driver they organised for us for the duration of the trip was excellent (Rara).
A big thank you to all the staff including Sopharin, and Soni who my kids keep asking if we can go back to visit her.
We would definitely return.
Good facilities, good staff, and good atmosphere
SERVICE ET PERSONNEL EXTRAORDINAIRE .
Un havre de paix , de verdure tropicale , eventuellement eviter la chambre jaune si vous vous levez souvent la nuit ( 6 marches )....Tres tres agreable
rice soup is very good!
NO
Everything! Nicely decorated room, good food, good staff.
Nothing
friendliest staff ever
that we had to leave
Gorgeous little hotel - extremely charming rooms with lots of character, fantastic staff, delicious food, beautiful garden (giant toucans came to feed there every morning) and a gorgeous swimming pool. The manager organised us a Tuktuk and scooters to visit Angkor and the town, all went very smooth and pleasant.
We stayed in the house with 4 rooms of which our family of 4 occupied 2 rooms. We were a little worried to bother other hotel guests staying in the same house, given the small & luxurious setting. Our 2 rooms connected through a joint balcony. We would have preferred staying in one of the 2 smaller houses (with 2 bedrooms) for more privacy and to not disturb anyone, but these were not available during our stay. Minor thing though and a very personal feeling; nobody complained or seemed annoyed at all with our quite active kids.
This is a boutique hotel with a small number of bungalows which means it is quiet and you get excellent attention and service by the staff. We joked that sometimes the service seemed like Downton Abbey. Our bungalow was very well appointed. The grounds were beautiful - it is an oasis near the center of Siem Reap.
The property grounds: the garden, the pool, the pergola are amazing and unique. Not often, that you can find such a gem.
The price-quality ratio did not feel right. I believe you pay for the nice grounds and for the exclusiveness ( limited number of rooms/ houses). However, for this amount of money per night, we expected more of a luxurious feeling and more service / attentiveness. Overall I think we were just unlucky with our room, with wasn’t for us. It felt a bit dark and not very open (more like the last room in the resort). We asked to change rooms, which was offered to us, but then we would have had to change again for the last night - to avoid the hassle, we stayed in the given room and decided to spent as much time as possible on the balcony. However, that wasn’t really possible as well, as there were so many mosquitos (I believe more than on other balconies due to the dark corner and many plants right next to it). The cleanliness, again given the price, was not what we expected. There were dead mosquitos in the bathroom, and gecko droppings on the balcony ( this is no problem, as you are in nature, however i believe for a resort in this price range it should be cleaned twice a day.) Or balcony on the other hand wasn’t cleaned for at least one day. Massage was good, but no tea offered, which again, is pretty standard in this price range. To top it off, when entering the room there was a pretty steep step - with no warning sign, so on the first night I sprained my ankle, thankfully not too bad but not really what you want during a holiday.
A superb property with spacious ground, homely secluded villas and private decks.
Fastidiously looked after by polite attentive staff and management.
All activities were booked seamlessly through the staff, nothing was a too difficult.
This is a ‘must stay destination’.
It really is a place for a peaceful retreat . We loved our stay! Amazing staff
Nothing
best forever
The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Everything felt very tranquil and made for a very relaxing stay.
This is an exceptional property with absolutely beautiful and quiet grounds, a gorgeous swimming pool, and the friendliest and most hospitable staff that you will find. There are relatively few guests unlike the big chain properties, so you will get individualized attention. They arranged some events like the Apsara dance show and Jeep tour of mountain and waterfall area. These were great. Much nicer to stay here than big chain properties.
