Cons:

ערב טוב,
היינו במלון, ובסביבות השעה 5 בבוקר התחיל צעקות ורעש חזק בחוץ.
בסופו של דבר התברר שהיה פיצוץ מים בחדר לידנו, וכל המים נכנסו לחדר שלנו.

הבגדים, התיקים והציוד שלנו נרטבו ונפגעו, ולצערי אף אחד לא יצר איתנו קשר ולא טיפל במקרה בצורה ראויה.
גם האחראית במקום לא נתנה מענה הולם למצב.

ציפינו ליחס, אחריות וטיפול הרבה יותר רציני מצד המלון

there was parking directly across the street which was very convenient

Cons:

there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning detergent which hurt the nose.
the amount of noise from 1am-5am prevented a good night's sleep. literally there were guests yelling and screaming and carrying on. when I asked them to please keep it down, I was cursed at

אי אפשר היה לעצום עין כל הלילה, צעקות וצרחות בלי הפסקה בפרוזדורים, שיכורים צורחים ודופקים על כל הדלתות. בסוף, בבוקר מוקדם הגיעה המשטרה ועצרה כמה שיכורים. גם אחרי שהלכו נמשכו הצעקות וטריקות הדלתות.

מלון ממכר ששווה לחזור לשם שוב.

ממליצה בחום על Hotel Maman באילת.
מלון שיוצא מגדרו כדי שהאורחים יהיו מרוצים שירות מעל ומעבר, יחס חם ואכפתי.
החדרים והשטחים הציבוריים נקיים ומבריקים ברמה יומיומית, והצוות תמיד קשוב וזמין לכל בקשה.
בנוסף, יש הנחה דרך המלון לחוף ממן, עם מוזיקה טובה ואוכל מצוין חוויה כיפית במיוחד.
תמורה מדהימה למחיר, מיקום מצוין ושירות שעושה חשק לחזור שוב ❤️

שאין ארוחת בוקר במלון אבל מרכזי עם מסעדות מגוונות מסביב אז לא נורא.

היה מעל המצופה. הופתענו לטובה. מחכים לחופשה הבאה לחזור לכאן.

רוצה לפרגן למלון ממן על חוויה נהדרת. יחס מבין, מתחשב ואכפתי, שדרוג חדר ושירות מעל הציפיות. ממליצה בחום ובנוסף קיבלנו הנחה בחוף של המלון של 20 אחוז ממש שווה.

שאין ארוחות וחבל.
