Mercure Paris 9 Pigalle Sacre-Coeur

Close to everything! Chef is incredibly talented all pastry, crepes, compost, desserts, pudding, vegetables, egg… you get the drift. Fantastic front desk staff friendly and helpful. Note there is no shuttle to/from airport. They will however reserve a cab for trip to the airport. The bed is really hard and the pillows suck. Still loved it though.

Proximity to all amenities, shops, and peaceful area. Though I didn’t book any breakfast but close to so many shops and restaurants you will fine varieties

The Mercure Paris 9 Pigalle Sacre-Coeur was a winderful hotel and experience. The staff was courteous, kind, professional, and helpful. The property was excellent with amazing views. The two rooms were perfect for my family of five. The only surprise for us were the number of adult stores and gentlemens clubs on the same street.We never felt unsafe, but it was awkward with kids. This is a great hotel!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to great attractions, metro, cafe's, and dining. But surrounded by sex shops and adult entertainment shows

Very friendly and accommodating staff. It was our daughter's birthday and they left a printed note and a lovely selection of macarons for her on her birthday ❤️. Very clean Hotel and breakfast had a nice selection (continental & cooked) of options available.

I like to give a shout out to the Mercure receptionist, Elizabeth for her excellent service! She is able to understand our needs (as her English is good) and always have a smile on her face.
She makes our stay here so delightful.

Property is close to a lot good places walking distance, restaurants etc hotel is really clean. Nice people, also close to moline Rouge Paris

The hotel is centrally located in Montmartre across from the Subway. Lots of great dining options nearby. The staff was great! They checked us in early and gave me the Balcony room! If you want an affordable, nice, air conditioned place to stay in Paris, this is it.

Thought the reception staff, especially Veronique gave excellent service and advice

I booked a superior room hoping for an upgraded room from a standard classic room. The room was small and had no view. It was quite disappointing unfortunately. You had to squeeze past the bed to get to the other side of the room.

I wish I had upgraded to a privileged room.

The bed was large and comfortable and the shower hot. Service from the staff was good.

We didn’t have breakfast booked so can’t comment on that.

Perfect location for the Moulin Rouge and Monmartre but you are smack bang in the middle of the red light district. (So maybe not appropriate for children)

Very pleasant hotel and room. Clean and with a nice view. Most of the French have difficulty with English and so do the staff, but we managed to get along. During breakfast, the hotel should provide a little more staff, one person is not enough to take care of everything. Could be a more diverse choice at breakfast

This was a good hotel in the Pigalle area, very close to the metro and Moulin Rouge.

Reception staff were always friendly and willing to help.

Sadly this hotel has three things working against it: 1) the staff hardly speak English and when you do have an issue they may speak to you loudly while other people are around. I often couldn't get across what we needed, etc 2) it's severely understaffed. There was only a receptioninst in the evenings who often didn't have access to stuff from the cleaning room, like hangers, etc. This is across the whole hotel. One employee. 3) It's in the middle of a dirty sex district. We came with a 5 year old and I kept having to divert her attention from the two window displays on either side of the entrance which featured lingerie and sex toys.

Staff helpful, good breakfast. Room sold as superior but bathroom was tiny with a door which could hardly offer privacy!

Looks small on outside but the rooms are a good size.
Could not get ac to turn on. The showers don't have doors so water was all over the floor.
Room service came in and did some cleaning even though we asked them not to come in. Not cool.
But the breakfast buffet was great!

Very well situated for all the amenities in Pigalle yet really quiet and comfortable room.
