Pros:

Its a budget hotel for solo travelers. I always stay at this hotel for the location, primarily. And the staff are great, always accommodating.

Pretty nice people and rooms
Pros:

Everything and all a round gets a 5 star, not because its a real expansive and super nice place.
But people and rooms were overall pretty nice.

Only thing is trying to check out. They will try to find the smallest details to try to charge you.
My suggestion is dont get any blankets, towels dirty. Or you will get charged before checking out.

Beliggenheden. Sødt personale.

Cons:

Klokken fra elevatoren kunne jeg tydelig høre fra værelset.
De lovede rengøring hver dag, men det holdt de ikke. Der kom kun rengøring hvis man satte et skilt på dørhåndtaget.
Sengen var sten hård.
Der var ingen vinduer.

Did the job
Pros:

Needs to a few fast food chains such as McDonald’s and Jolibee as well as a 7 eleven
We stayed here after a late flight arrival before getting a ferry to Siquijor the next day
When we arrived, the bathroom was flooded and the staff immediately arranged a room change for us .

Cons:

Whilst the walk is it isn’t one I’d recommend doing with big bags
For the price, we expected the hotel to be nicer the air-conditioning unit was very loud. The Wi-Fi speed was slow. The room was not very clean and quite small for 2 single beds

Best value , excellent staff , good location 500m from the boulevard
Pros:

Excellent staff and security gaurd very helpful. Bed was comfortable, hot water shower , air conditioner was quiet. A great value.

the front entrance to the hotel were blocks with cars, tricycles and some by standers. the hallway of the hotel was hot.

Great stay for transiting to other places, very good for short stay.
Pros:

The room was great value for money, especially for being in transit to other places.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and not the cleanest. Also, pictures might be a bit misleading in this regard, needs an update.

Pros:

My Filipina girlfriend and her family were treated very poorly. When she checked out on the 24th of April, four staff members went to the two rooms we had rented. She was accused of taking a hair dryer but it was there in the room. She was threatened with being charged an extra 1000 pesos for eating in their room when there was not a mess. The staff went to her sister's room and found a broken shower hose that had been broken when she arrived and she was charged 1000 pesos. Her and her family was delayed an hour at the front desk while there rooms were inspected. She was treated rudely and without cause.
I am an American and I cannot help but think that the hotel staff would not have been this rude to a foreigner. The poor treatment by the hotel staff caused me to cancel our reservation on the 24th of May.
I would not recommend this hotel to any foreigner who has a Filipina in their life. The hotel staff seemed to go out of their way to abscond monies that probably would have gone into their pockets. Be very careful if you stay here so that you do not have to endure the rudeness that my companion had to.

Location close to boulevard

Cons:

Room had NO WINDOW, this was not advertised
Newly refurbished, assume last year or so, but already poorly maintained. Shower had so much lime in it that did not run properly.
Just a sheet in the bedroom. No comforter.
