Das Frühstück war gut.
Wenn man wieder einen Kaffee oder Getränk wollte, musste man sich immer selber melden. Es wurde nie nachgefragt ob man noch ein Getränk möchte.

Cons:

Wir hatten draussen noch einen Apèro zu uns genommen. 2x Hugo ohne Alkohol 1x Hugo mit Alkohol. Die Getränke die uns gebracht wurden hatten all eine orange Farbe. Geschmack, kein Hugo. Undefinierbar. Den Hugo ohne Alkohol machen Sie mit einem Fertigmix. Sie zeigten uns das Fläschchen. Undefinierbar was das sein soll. Den Mit Alkohol wurde neu gemacht, war aber auch nicht wirklich ein Hugo wie man ihn kennt. Finde ich sehr schade. Sowas sollte man vorher sagen.
Nachdem wir uns gewehrt haben, mussten wir die drei Getränke bei der Schlussabrechnung nicht bezahlen. Diese Dame hat mit Ihrer freundlichen und humorvollen Art beim Abendessen wieder viel gut gemacht. Danke an Sie.

Overall, I do not feel that the quality and service were worth the price paid.

The view was just a side view, even though they promised us a full view of the lake.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The lake view was only a limited side view, although a lake view was promised. The breakfast had very little choice, and the staff were not helpful when we asked for fried eggs during the official breakfast hours. The room and facilities were also very old and lacked basic amenities such as a safe and a proper wardrobe.

Overall, I do not feel that the quality and service were worth the price paid.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett.
Ich hatte noch nie so einen guten Burger gegessen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Bequeme Betten.

What a beautiful location it offers, we were lucky enough to get the best room with the Best view of the lake. our room had balcony, even the bathroom has view. The restaurant’s food were amazing, and their house special iced tea is the best. Room was comfortable and large enough. I would highly recommend.

Bon séjour, emplacement de l'Hôtel idéal, mais peut mieux faire sur le confort dans la chambre

L'emplacement de l'Hôtel est idéal. Proche du Lac, et de la station de Train. l'environnement au top.

Cons:

La chambre avait un confort très minimal...Le principal point était la chaleur dans la chambre, sans climatisation, sous les toits...A minima un ventilateur aurait été le bienvenu

Tolles Hotel direkt am wunderschönen Lungernsee
Pros:

Wir haben drei Zimmer gebucht. Alle drei Zimmer waren super sauber, das Frühstück war toll, das Restaurant super lecker und das Personal total freundlich, zuvorkommend und unterstützend. Zwei der drei Zimmer waren sehr modern und richtig toll eingerichtet, die Bäder waren wunderschön. Das dritte Zimmer stand den anderen beiden ein wenig nach. Auch dieses Zimmer war super sauber, aber einfach nicht ganz so modern eingerichtet.
