Hotel stay in Sanur.
Pros:

De kamers en de zwembaden.

Cons:

Ontbijt was wel erg eenvoudig, maar verder prima.

Pros:

Rooms tidy, surfaces not wiped down. No tea, coffee or kettle in rooms. Very basic for the price.

Cons:

Hot water was very limited, twenty minutes wait for luke warm water most days. Check at lunchtime it was hot when sunny, but luke warm every other time. Staff tried to assist but water not great when so far from system.
I stayed 3 years ago and felt it had declined

Pros:

The location is great -- immediate access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff are fantastic -- kind, clear, flexible. I liked that it had a spa, though we didn't get to use it because it was fully booked. The restaurant connected to the restaurant was really great -- wide menu, fantastic staff, and a fabulous live singer (which I normally don't like) that got us all singing along.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty basic, and the coffee was awful....but it did have a good egg station.

Rooms were dated, with some lights needing new globes . Brought to the attention of staff but not replaced. No in-room safe...brought to the attention of staff but not seen to, as promised by said staff. Breakfast was average at best. An average hotel , especially for the asking price

Great place for a low cost mini-break, relaxing by the pool, walking by the beach, eating great food
Pros:

The room that I had was excellent value for money. Clean and neat without frills. The room overlooked the pool area, which was a lovely space. The breakfast was basic but plentiful. Staff were all lovely and helpful. The in-hotel spa was amazing - do not miss it.

The pool has some bar-style chairs under the water, but the problem is that some tiles are broken and my little daughter cut her foot twice. I mentioned it at the reception and they already knew about the problem.

My favourite place to stay in Sanur
Pros:

The overall 'Baliness' of it. Beautifully decorated throughout. 2 great pools.
We had a top floor room and while it was sometimes a struggle to climb all the stairs, the room and the large balcony made it all worthwhile. Great view and wonderful breeze.
Our room was so large and roomy. A joy to be in.
The location could not be better!

Cons:

Too many up and down steps to get to breakfast. Breakfast itself is pretty poor but enough to start the day. The coffee/tea station is still in a corner and hard to get to when people are loading up the toaster at the same time.
We had no hot water for most of our stay. They rely on a solar hot water system and while this is commendable, they should consider installing instantaneous hot water systems in the rooms so far from solar system that we have to have cold showers.

Overall, excellent my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so we plan to book again.
Pros:

The location, staff, pool area, food and the excellent restaurant attached to the hotel.

Cons:

Sheets and bath towels could do with an upgrade they appeared very well worn and consideration for tea/coffee facilities in the Standard Room.
