Great hotel with a Bali vibe.

L'hotel è ben organizzato, la stanza molto ampia e pulita. Le due piscine sono ampie e hanno a disposizione lettini per gli ospiti. Il ristorante fornisce servizio anche in stanza e in piscina dalla mattina fino alle 21. La Spa è a mio giudizio ottima, ho provato il massaggio balinese ed è stato meraviglioso; inoltre nella Spa se non si ha più la stanza a disposizione l'ultimo giorno si può anche fare la doccia dopo il massaggio, molto comodo.
Ci sono due piscine grandi, l'unico neo è che al pomeriggio una è sempre in ombra e la seconda per metà. La colazione ha veramente poca scelta. Il ristorante chiude troppo presto la sera, intorno alle 21! La posizione non è molto comoda per andare in spiaggia, che comunque non è molto bella per bassa marea e in Agosto anche con alghe.
Nuestra experiencia en Ari Putri Hotel, en Sanur, ha sido muy buena. La ubicación es uno de sus puntos fuertes: está cerca de muchos lugares de interés, restaurantes y del paseo marítimo, pero al mismo tiempo se encuentra en una zona bastante tranquila, lo que permite descansar y desconectar.
El hotel está muy bien y cuenta con dos piscinas, algo que disfrutamos mucho durante la estancia. Además, tiene su propio restaurante, donde comimos de maravilla. La comida nos sorprendió mucho, tanto por la calidad como por el sabor.
Otro de los grandes puntos a destacar es la atención de todo el personal, que ha sido de 10 durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.
Como crítica constructiva, creemos que al hotel le vendría bien un poco más de mantenimiento y cuidar algo más la limpieza, tanto de las habitaciones como de algunas zonas comunes. Son pequeños detalles que, mejorándolos, harían que la experiencia fuera todavía mejor.
Aun así, son aspectos que no nos impedirían volver. Hemos estado muy a gusto y, si volvemos a Sanur, repetiríamos sin duda. ¡Muy recomendable!

Rooms are big, staff accommodates our needs with 2 young children. Great swimming pools.
Toilet upstairs next to the breakfast area was not clean for the 4 days we stayed, making it difficult for everyone since breakfast area is far from the rooms.
Fridge at the room was not working properly.
Showers were changing from cold to hot water by itself all the time. We changed rooms and happened to both rooms.
Great location, close to the restaurants and beach. The buffet was excellent and offered great value for the money. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. Next time, we look forward to trying the restaurant and enjoying the spa. Very convenient location!
The mattress was too soft for our liking, and the bed sheets and towels could use an update. The water pressure was also not as strong as we would have liked. Overall, these are areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Parte esterna bella con piscina, bar e ristorante. Colazione buona. Posizione ottima.
Struttura un po’ datata, soprattutto i bagni erano abbastanza vecchi, ma comunque puliti.

A reggeli jó volt. És fantasztikus volt este a vacsoránál az élő zene.
Külön ki kell emelnem a szálloda által biztosított driver, Dharma kedvességét és hozzáállását.
A legnagyobb probléma az volt, hogy a reggeli órákban egy órára majdnem minden nap elfogyott a hidegvíz a rendszerből, nem lehetett a WC-t sem lehúzni. A csúcsidő elmúltával ez megoldódott.
