Simple accomodation place. No brush & toothpaste provided, do bring your own. Staff is friendly. Lane walkway to hotel is abit dark at night. Generally -ok.

Everything ok. Hotel is 1 road from the market. Very nice person at reception which let us check in early.

Reception staff could do better. Please furnish more info and be focused. The 2 staff were busy looking at their handphones. Housekeeping staff were prompt and helpful with requests.

The room was never made up or cleaned for the 3 nights I stayed

Saw some bad review of this hotel on additional fee during check out hence was aware and took pictures of the room condition upon check in.

Water pleasure is low so have to bear with it. Also there's noise over corridor in he morning especially house keeping time.

Overall, location is convenient. Next alley is massage street for massage lover.

The location is just convenient to Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall.
However, the services of the hotel staff should be improved. Furthermore,the rooms were with no soundproof.
The air cond was leaking in one of the rooms in my booking for 4 days and only put floor mat on the floor as no repair services provided as it was public holiday for that long weekend.

A piece of advice. Do not book this hotel! Surrounding location is not bad but you need to walk through a dark alley to Pratunam market. Worst thing happened to me was being locked out of the hotel in the alley at 12.30am! Said to have 24 hours front desk but nobody was on duty, all lights off and front door was locked, literally like a dead hotel. Called hotel, phone rang inside but nobody picked up. Had to Google search for the organisation TNI Group to link up with them and got them to call the staff who was supposed to be on duty to finally open the door after half an hour. Where is the safety aspect when you have guests locked out of the hotel which is located in an alley until 1am and I just wanted to go back and rest? Issued key card which does not work with the main door and the staff locked from the inside latch. Spammed door bells which wasn't heard too. Room safe was not working. Shower room floods occasionally. I am fine with the simple amenities for its price but for the safety part, I cannot accept being denied entry back into my hotel which is supposed to be the safest destination at the end of the day. If the thought of contacting the organisation group did not occur to me, I would have gone to another hotel for the night but my phone was running flat and charger was in the hotel room. For this price, there are better hotels nearby with proper safety measures, 24 hours front desk and right smacked in pratunam market too.

good location. a min walk to pratunam. overall is good for everything. the only bad thing is, the water from the shower is so so so slow.

Value for money but entrance to Hotel is in side lane; good location near Platinum Mall

1) able to hear the noise from the room next door. Especially when they open the bathroom door, it just sounds like the sound make from you own bathroom door, im not being exaggerate, it woke me up from my dream in the middle of the night when I thought my bathroom door is opening by itself!
2) I'm staying at a room which my window is facing an alley, the workers from the building next door works at 1am to do cleaning. imagine how much noise they can make by pushing steel trolley on a bumpy road forth and back for at least 2 hours? Again I want to emphasize that I'm not being exaggerate! I thought it's only last for a night for special event and I complain to the receptionist on the next day morning and she is aware of this and told me this happened every night! I requested to change a room but she is unwilling to help!

I have read so many reviews and thought this hotel will be the best choice due to the cleanliness and location, but no one actually commented on the noise make from the next door workers every midnight! My suggestion, to avoid the standard room with window facing the alley unless you are a good sleeper. I didn't sleep well for my 4 nights stay!

Cheap and decent

As a budget hotel , it is good enough .. it is a last min booking which I didn't do any research on the hotel. but it didn't let me down

nice n clean budget hotel, helpful english speaking staffs.

Room was clean and staff are friendly and efficient. Except that the location abit hard to find.

Affordable hotel stay near platinum shopping mall. however, water current for shower and bathroom is a little small. Hotel is located inside one of the alley before the turn to Glow Pratunum so need to take note so that the taxi uncle will not miss it.

pro: easy to locate, near shopping places, hotel offer free in room wifi.
cons: toilet too small, apparently the bathing area reduced due to pillar structure, pillow too soft, noisy due to garbage collection from 10 pm - 2 am.

Hotel is near to Glow with plenty of massage shop and food stalls and platinum mall is just across the road opposite

Water pressure was very low at 4th Floor, which applicable to rooms booked via hotel.com
