Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa

We enjoyed our stay at The Dream . the only down side is that you are very isolated here . Yes there is a bus to the beach , which is great , but other than that if you walk out of the hotel you may struggle to find anything .
This is the perfect place to land at the airport , stay 2 or 3 nights and move on ,

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found the gym a bit too small.

Tranquil oasis with staff that works to please. Beautiful pool area both on the 2nd and 7th floors with a delicious restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Last minute overnight stay. 2 adults and teenager. Room/ hotel was petfect for our needs - great beds, showers, breakfast and all the staff were super helpful.

The property was clean and quiet. It had shuttle service to many of the activities we wanted to participate in. The staff was kind, the amenities were great. We also used the spa, which was great.

We went in November and and throughly enjoyed staying at the Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa. The staff were very friendly, the food was exceptional. Really enjoyed the breach club and the shuttle bus ran regularly.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to any of our needs. The hotel is very clean and the a/c works wonderfully. The only thing I noticed is that the pools at the Beach Club could be painted as the walls were noticeably worn.

The property is beautiful but more importantly the Staff is Amazing. We were treated like royalty. Always courteous, professional and attentive.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. We come to Thailand/phuket twice a year and have been to most of the luxury hotels on this island. Honestly for the price this hotel cant be beat. Great place to either start or end your phuket trip. Since our plane arrives in the late evening we usually stay here our first night every time. I am an expedia gold member and they greet me with either a bottle of wine or champagne every time i check in. We also get a room upgrade and breakfast is included. In the slow season rates here are around 60 bucks a night. Best bang for your buck is here! It is not in the busiest area (patong, karon), so I wouldnt recommend staying here your whole trip, but definitely spend at least a night here! Also wanted to thank "Champ" at the front desk for his excellent customer service. We look forward to staying here again in January

Okay hotel. Looks better in pictures. Contracted food poisoning from the seafood soup at breakfast on the day I was flying out and was still charged a late check out fee. Shuttles to the local area area also pretty expensive. PS the late checkout fee is 2500 baht which is MORE expensive than the price of a room per night which is ridiculous. And just to note the price of a compulsory deposit on a room is 3000 baht. Overall would not recommend.

Traveling as a solo woman I had to pick an hotel that would fit my needs. Do be fool by the the surrounding area of this hotel. I arrived late at night, check was a breeze and I received my luggage almost immediate. After my 21 hours of travel I finally reach my deluxe dip pool suite and it was perfect.I love the separate shower, toilet , and soak tub. Let me mention the soak tub was large enough for me to float in. Never once did I experience a shortage of water or cold water.
By morning everyone knew my name and made me feel welcome. Buffet style breakfast, so there's something for everyone. Trilogy restaurant serves food thought the day. I mainly ate there for dinner. The food was delicious and flavorful. This hotel was very accommodating for shuttle service to Dream Beach Club which is minutes away. Staff there is also amazing and welcoming and they called me by first throughout my stay. The pool area is well kept and always has a DJ. This would be there perfect hotel if they offered schedule activities throughout the day. It would help bring the guest to get for fun.

The staff were always polite, friendly, helpful and smiling I would stay here again when visiting Thailand.

Im an expedia gold member and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I was given a bottle of wine, checked in early, had a pool room upgrade to room 3303, and given the outmost respect from the hotel staff. The entire front desk staff are ready to help at any time and are very courteous. The concierge is very attentive and was fast to get cabs or anything else needed. The onsite restaurant quality and taste are both very good. Breakfast buffet is not the largest but the quality is great and I found it to have mostly everything I would eat. The coffee is top notch and you do not have to pay extra for it w breakfast. Drinks by the pool are great and the bartenders are very friendly and will talk to you. We also enjoyed a drink at their beach club which was a nice change of scenery. This is my fourth visit to phuket and I have stayed at over 2 dozen hotels out here; I usually do not return to the same place, but for the price you can not beat this spot!

The hotel was great, the pools, the food and service

This hotel was amazing! The rooms are clean and modern. The vibe of the hotel is so chilled and relaxing, with nice views of the pool area. The staff were extremely attentive and the food was amazing! The only issue was the pricing of the restaurants and spa, it was a little out there but it’s worth it. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time.

We had an amazing stay at the Dream Hotel! At first I was concerned about the 1 star reviews. But please be assured: most if not all are written by very petty or privileged people who cry about anything. Don't let them deter you! This is the place to stay! Its a complimentary 5 minute shuttle to the best beach in Phuket (way better than Patong!). The staff is welcoming and accommodating and just plain friendly! The food is decent and fairly priced for a 5 star hotel. There are plenty of local options as well and a 7/11 is a 3 minute walk away if you're not picky. For the value, this hotel is amazing! I have already made plans to stay here in the future. Thanks for the amazing time in Phuket!
