Edenroc Hotel

The staff are nice but the hotel offers no good value for money. What you see in the advertised pictures is far from what you get. Old, broken and not very clean facilities. The breakfast included in the booking turned out to be something they ordered ad hoc from the street. They need to revise their ad and make it less misleading.

The hotel is basic, but clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. There is really not much more to state. We will most likely return.

Nice, clean hotel. The service desk clerks are very helpful. However, this hotel does not really serve breakfast. It was misleading to list as breakfast included.... in the first morning, my "breakfast" was taken in from street vendor. It did not sit well in my stomach so … no breakfast for the rest of my stay.

La chambre était grande avec balcon . Par contre L'hôtel est laissé à l'abandon. Le déjeuner est rationné comme si nous étions au pénitencier. Le réceptionniste de L'hôtel exigeait que l'on lui laisse notre passeport .Nous avons dû le convaincre que jamais nous allons nous départir de notre passeport, qu'il avait juste à faire copie du passeport, voilà!

I stayed there for 5 days last week as I needed to stay closer to the airport. This was the first time I used this place, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. My first impression was not so good as we arrived close to midnight and the only clerk on the desk was non-English speaker. Nevertheless, there were no problems in getting across what I and teammates needed in terms of service. This is a 3~3.5 star hotel not 5. With that said, this place deserves good review!

I often visit Saigon as business, and stayed this hotel a few nights.

Everything is good, but wifi speed is very slow. If wifi is improved, i want to stay this hotel every time when i visit saigon.

we had an amazing experience at the hotel. My husband needed some medication and we had been to almost all the pharmacies and two hospitals in Saigon to try and get it. Desperate I asked one of the receptionists at the hotel if she could phone the doctor who prescribed the medicine and ask where we could get it. We then went out to dinner. When we returned I believe it was the manageress (or maybe owner, not sure) who told us she had good news. Not only did she know where to get it but her husband had gone out and bought it for us. We were blown away by their kindness and willingness to help.

to be honest the hotel was the least impressive that we stayed in. This was not their fault. It wasn't in a touristy area and probably they mainly cater to local stayers. The room was not well appointed. Breakfast was not included. The room was large with a nice balcony.

Location is in a non touristy area closer to the airport. Large room. Note that breakfast is not included.

VIP room was very good

After planning to stay for 4 or 5 days we ended up extending to more than twice that long. It's located far enough out of the tourist zone to meet local people, but close enough to be a short (inexpensive) cab ride from all the sights. We like to walk so we strolled to the Post Office area a few times during our stay. There are plenty of good restaurants, food stands, stores, bakeries and services nearby as well as open and covered markets for browsing and sampling.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and convenient and there's a nice roof terrace if you want to bring up a coffee or take-out and enjoy a view.

But the best part is the staff. They took care of us like we were family, bringing us very affordable room service, helping us with laundry, directions, taxis, smart shopping and restaurant suggestions, language help, and excellent travel arrangements for tours and for our bus trip to our next destination. They even had one staff member accompany our taxi to the bus station on her scooter to make sure our tickets were accepted and we were shown to the correct bus. They were all very friendly, helpful, and kind. Thuy even surprised us with unexpected complimentary dessert one afternoon. She and her coworkers made our first visit to HCMC a very pleasant success. We recommend them with full confidence.

Awesome hotel but too far from the city center. Have to take a cab to get to city center. Great staff and great room.

ホテルはホーチミンの中心地からは離れているが、そのためあまり英語が通じない人たちとの関わりが楽しい。買い物をしてもボラれることなく現地料金でなんだか申し訳ないくらい。ホテルのマネージャーさんはとても気さくで色々とアドバイスをくれ、ホテル周辺も一緒に歩いて案内してくださった。ホテルの近所で見つけた店でのアオザイ作りの通訳も手伝ってもらい、大助かり。他のホテルスタッフもとても親切で感じがよかったが、たまに英語があまり話せないスタッフがいて、そのスタッフもとても感じがいいのだが、ちょっと困ることもあったなぁという印象。でも、お値打ちのお宿。
